Hello, Can you please answer one question for me? Which is more important? Do I need to Learn all of the past, present, & future stem changing verbs that pair with each personal pronouns? Or Are Spanish Gerunds used more than the Present, Past, & Future stem changing verbs that pair with each personal pronouns?
Hola! Great question, in normal conversation multiple tenses can be used. It's a good idea to learn and practice the present, past, future, and in this case, the progressive tense (plus a few others). You might be able to communicate and get your point across using present tense instead of progressive present tense like saying: "I eat now" instead of "I'm eating" but as you can tell it might sound a little weird. We definitely need to practice pairing tenses with multiple pronouns because the endings change depending of the subject.
