Your best bet is if you attach your sign to a robotic pivot ad attach a constant number to it

it didnt work for me :( I couldnt find it in the app vehicles data and when i tried to drag anything in it just dissapeared

when I try and paint on it, the sign doesn't have the blue grid surrounding it
