  • David Wolfe, an accident reconstruction expert, took the stand Monday morning in the boyfriend cop murder trial. He revealed that he believes the damage to Karen Read’s car does not match the damage it would have sustained if it had hit a human body. Wolfe testified that, from a damage standpoint, the damage to the tail light was inconsistent with the car allegedly striking John O’Keefe’s head.

      @@kchunter7389 I am well aware that it’s the DA with the ultimate decision to bring a case to trial. And although they are supposed to adhere to strict ethical guidelines and are supposed to seek justice within the law(Not just seek a conviction). This DA’s office follows its own set of “guidelines”. Should Morrissey or his office have taken this to trial? No absolutely not. But my point was or is… Once the Norfolk County DA decided to throw ethics out the window and proceed with a malicious prosecution… It then becomes the job of the judge to make sure our system of justice is working as it was intended to. Bev had ample opportunities to dismiss this case prior to it going to trial and also during the trial. There were several valid motions to dismiss put in front of her that she chose to ignore. And you’re right she also had the opportunity to recuse herself, and she refused to. TBH she actually wasn’t even originally assigned to this case. But because she is the “Senior” judge at that court house she rearranged schedules and specifically assigned this case to her docket(which is completely sus in and of itself). Many people including myself believe this is the reason KR’s charges were upgraded to 2nd degree murder. Because the DA’s office knew it would then be pushed up to Superior Court. They knew they had Auntie Bev in their back pockets, and knew she would be able to assign this case to herself. Don’t think for one second that Bev being the judge for this, wasn’t by design. With that being said, I’m sticking to my prior opinion… Beverly Canone is as crooked and corrupt as the NCDA, the ADA, and the MSP!. 🤷🏼‍♀️

      I don't think they proved that a glass was thrown lol. I think they may have exposed how much more likely it is that the glass was broken sprinkled on the car and the body, and the tail light was smashed with something

    I like how AJ asked questions and after he was done, the judge ordered a morning break giving time for Lally to get help to come up with questions to try to make the Dr look bad. I feel, if a witness is in the stand then both parties should ask questions before a break or being released

  • @etismith682

    Why dont jackson object? The prosecution objected every other question...why didnt Jacjson objecting?

    • @TheAverageSavage1021
      @TheAverageSavage1021 Месяц назад

      Because lalley objects because the answers to those questions are damaging to his narrative, and he doesn’t want them answered. Jackson knows no matter what question is asked, or how the expert responds- it’s not going to damage the defenses theory! Most of the time the extra info given by the expert (rather than objecting to it) furthered the amount of reasonable doubt, and just further showed how the commonwealth has no theory backed by physics and facts!!

    Can't wait for when closing arguments happen, I like when closing arguments take place because it sounds so much better when it is puts together & makes more sense of everything, I still think defense is winning, I really don't think Karen at all did this, John's arm definitely looks like a dog attack & his face was beaten up, maybe John didn't go in the house Maybe John was beaten up on the front lawn & the dog attacted John & John passed out in the snow cause he was beaten up so bad & John then frozed to death with having hypothermia & the Alberts & the McCabes knew what had happened & they all tried covering it up. Because they all knew they would all be held accountable & because Trooper Proctor knew the families & Trooper Proctor Hated Karen & Trooper Proctor Tampered with the evidence & made it look like it was Karen that did this. one thing, is, The Judge is very Biased she always sustains everything, she always rushes everything, she always has an attitude, I don't care very much for this Judge.. She should of been removed.. I believe Karen is definitely 100% not guilty & all the ones involved should be charged & if I was Karen after this is over I would file a civil suit & sue them all. & reading some comments people couldn't possibly watched this whole trial, People are just guessing stuff as you hear it. Lol I been watching from the very beginning & John's O'Keefes family testified in the beginning , they think too that this was a cover up. People need to read & understand the whole story before just guessing & assuming & Karen was drunk dialing John but before she knew John was dead if Karen knew John was dead she would not of texted John that many times. With people just assuming without even been following this story & trial, People would just send anyone to prison This is a woman's life on the line I bet though when Karen is found not guilty, Karen doesn't drink anymore & Proctor should of been fired immediately Karen has great lawyers especially Karen's lawyer Jackson from California & I read Karen spent over 10,000 in lawyers fees

    He's the first witness I've seen who seemed to know what he was talking about and wasn't trying to avoid questions. I wish that the judge and lawyers had let him talk when he wanted to explain things. He creates real doubt about the prosecution's view of the case.

  • @adamsmall5598
    @adamsmall5598 Месяц назад +1

    Prosecution's line of questioning feels weird to me. it feels like he is trying to sow reasonable doubt as to what might have happened, rather than trying to show conclusively what did happen. Feels almost like the defense and prosecution have their roles reversed sometimes in this case.
