I have Ryzen 2600 with Rx 6600 and want to upgrade to Ryzen 3600 (i would love Ryzen 5600 but its expensive where i live) i get fps drops because of ryzen 2600 and gpu usage isn't 100%

If you started to make generation comparison, here's idea. i5 7400 vs i5 8400 vs i5 10400 vs i5 12400. 4/4 vs 6/6 vs 6/12 vs 6/12 (but finnaly 10 nm). Or you can take 9400 instead of 8400 and 11400 instead of 10400

I didn't realize the 5600 was that much better than the 3600! Oh well.... Should show the 1440p/4k gameplay comparisons so people know it's not that big of a difference going from something like a 3600 to a 5600 at those resolutions

RX 5600XT is roughly in the league of RTX 2060, Which is less powerful than RTX 3060. So no, 2600 in most cases won't bottleneck the RX 5600. But getting a better processor won't hurt either. I was looking to potentially upgrade from a 1600 to 5600 later this year so this video was very helpful; thanks NJ Tech!
The difference in 1% lows alone, going from a 2600 to a 5600 is what makes it a worthwhile upgrade. Especially if you're only doing 1080p gaming.

These benchmark were using low settings, the difference must be much closer with the presets on high.

If you want to game at 60fps then it doesn't matter which CPU you have at any resolution.
With am5 coming out in the near future there might be some good sales on the 5600 come holiday season.
Very satisfied with my zen2 processor
The same test with 1660 super ???

Could you do this test again but with AMD GPUs? Like a RX 6600xt and 6800xt?
You'd get more performance in both cases, why does it matter?
