I agree with flando, that chetney is more likely to be the father of another certain gnome. This is more referencing how long he was a master toy maker. Also that chetney and/or Fearn will try to hook up with mom.

@@MagnusGuardScanlan's mama was killed by goblins in front of him when he was still a kid, which is why he hates them. He never knew his Dad, he knocked his mama up and was never heard of again. What almost happened with his own daughter.
I just want to point out -- when Orym died, Chet went strait to him after the whiteout and held his head while asking "what happened?"

If it was true, it'd do a couple of things. One, recontextualize so many past interactions. But it'd also confirm that apparently gnomes and halflings are genetically compatible in the world of Exandria
It’s dnd genetic compatibility doesn’t matter. There’s a whole section in Tal’dorei Campaign Setting Reborn about making a mixed race character.

Not surprising. I've had them being the same folk in my own settings after I figured out there's less difference between Gnomes and Halflings game-wise than between various elves (that and 'halfling' is kind of a slur').
I really want to know whether this is something that Travis and Matt has discussed priorhand or it's just something that Matt randomly came up when asking what's written on the side, Travis following it with C-Pop and the two of them run with it together 😂

Also they could make it seem intended even if it wasn't. Iirc halflings are usually depicted with rounded ears while gnomes have pointed ears. But Orym has pointed ears. So that could be his gnomish heritage.

Gnomes and halflings are genetically compatible. Plus the seed is probably strong from Orym's mom's side so genetically speaking, Orym might be 90% halfling 😂
the race that as the most genetic power if we don't count genetic modification like ithlids are the dwarf, a dwarf, no matter with what he fuck, will produce a dwarf, the most mixing you can have with a dwarf is a sorcerer so yeah... but humans make the most perfect hybrids. that said, gnome have a very weak genetic power while the halfling side is very strong, so it would make a halfling that as some trait of gnomes, but very little.
While the idea is funny, I think it's simply a case of Orym growing up with C-Pop toys because Chetney has lived almost 500 years and was making toys when Orym was a child.

It's VERY lore heavy and tied to previous campaigns and there's a few slow stretches but I think it's worth sticking with

I droped a little after dorian left and watched some clips and resumes, the problem with c3 is I only like travis' character, so for me is not Worth it.

Travis voiced a Deception in a Transformers project that killed Optimus. I forget the name of the character I think it was in one the Netflix animated movies. It's also a double joke cause Optimus dies A LOT in Transformers canon.
Yall forget one thing in this whole equasion, he could not only be the the father of Orym and Scanlan, but also Veth and Pike. :D

Derrig is Will’s dad, so his father-in-law, but has always been a father figure to him.
Derrig is like a father to Orym but it says his father is unnamed so it could very well be possible since Chetney slept with a lot of people and would be cool but also pretty funny if it's canon

I don't get these kinds of comments. C3 picked up for real now, after the teleportation arc. It did start up slow, but all campaigns were like this.
