Hi. I don't know if anyone would care at this point but I just finished this today and can't be happier the progress and the way body is adapting to this program. I feel so freakshly HAPPY. Today I was able to do the hip trust, rdl and the squats with 20 kg. Something that I never thought that I gonna be able to but I did. I'm in the best condition and I'm the strongest that I ever been. Is incredible what a good trainer and good workouts do to you. I'm proud of we all. We're awesome.

I have always liked training glutes and hamstrings, but I noticed some improvements only following your videos. I am happy and proud and above all very grateful.
So am I Alessia, glutes are the powerhouse of the lowerbody. You can find that they have all the explosive power needed for strong biking, swimming, running etc! Have fun and enjoy the workout! ❤️

Caroline...I love your hip thrusts workouts with the band. I really feel the burn. It's so good and I loved this one alot. I didn't want to go to the gym today and do iron day 13. I just don't like renegade rows, as it puts alot of pressure on my shoulders. So I just said.... alternate a workout with Endgame that I'm still trying to finish. I know I say I love all your workouts, but this one was a gold standard. ✨️ thank you
I do find glutes quite challenging but I must say the staple was excellent reason is in the past when staying in the same position with different glute variations it becomes a bit strenuous holding the same stance . And Caroline your advice is the best everytime 🥰
Thanks Caroline. The hip thrusters were not kind to my lower back. I went a little lighter today but still got the workout in the glutes. I hope you all enjoy the workout.
Loved that complex to offset the regular sets! I always find staples make the time fly faster, and help me re-center myself mentally & physically. The longer sets really did allow me time to focus on form and try to avoid activating my lower back! Awesome workout, thanks Caroline!

Good morning, Matthew. I know we are both big fans of glute workouts, especially when there is a band involved. That was trully a fantastic and gainful session. My glutes and hamstring got beaten at every single angle possible haha. The staple was superb, I loved the transition to lateral squat walks. The plank lifts are always spicy and I didn't expect glute bridges at the end to burn so deeply! Finisher was excellent and it really worked our glutes little bit more. Intense and super fun, engaging session. I did glute activation before and at the end just some stretches! Have a wonderful day and see you on friday!
Good morning Matthew this will be a sizzling session. I can already time that when we concentrate on certain Isometric holds like the wall sit from Monday or the glute bridge hold, my muscles start to panic. It will be good practice to build some resilience to the shaking muscles and get stronger 💪🏾 Have a great session! 🔥

I love Caroline’s intros In the beginning and love that she takes time explain. I wasn’t always fond of glute based exercises but having Caroline as a guide really helps ! This was a fun one ! Thanks !
After this workout, 100 finisher, and the add-on…never has seated twist stretching afterwards felt so good and so needed! Loved every minute. Went heavier today on the bar for all hip thrusts, and boy did I feel it as I knew I would. Sometimes, as we progress through this Epics, you’re reminded of exercises that you know would have been super difficult or impossible in early days like those reverse plank ham lifts for me. Another favourite, for sure! Looking forward to full body Friday! And super curious for HIIT on Sunday to see what community suggestions are incorporated.

My glutes gor burnt!!! 🔥🔥🔥The staple was pretty epic!!! Indeed a giant set!!! Had those glutes working hard for so much time!!! It was not only a gainful but also a painful workout, as the moto says "no pain no gain"😉

Okay I said it yesterday and I'll say it again today - I've been doing half of what Caroline lifts but I need to do a little more! I'm getting stronger!! I live in a small rural town and have tried a few personal trainers. No one even comes close to Caroline. Caroline, so glad I found you! I look forward to these workouts each morning! I'm feeling so good about myself.
The real challenge begins when you are struggling to push against that band and the burn 🔥 *PAINFUL yet GAINFUL* 🖤 I was able to complete the finisher before Caroline (for the first time) and managed to get 150 reps. I used a barbell of 24kgs for the staple, a pair of 17.5kgs for RDLs and a 25kg dumbbell for SUMOs. Thank you Caroline, that was EPIC!!

This might be my favorite glute workout yet. The thrust were broken up into the staple and I love banded side steps. This went really fast. Great workout. Thank you again Caroline for these workouts!
Hamstrings are pivotal to having strong knees and hips. Of course the whole posterior chain is vastly stronger in proportion to the adjacent anterior muscle so that's why it is important to keep them strong and GIANT sets will be sure to light them up! 💪🏾 🔥 Let's really get after it today! Giant sets, circuits, body weight, compound and Isolation leg day! I used a 30kg Kettlebell and 2x15kg Dumbbells. The staple did burn. Loved this one. Add on BM day 7. 💖👌

Pro tip: Do not do this workout after a 5 mile run! On the plus side if you've ever wondered exactly what muscles are working during hip thrusts, it will become painfully apparent very quickly lol. That said, I of course loved it and was able to play through the pain and I even got 10 extra reps on the finisher. Thanks again Caroline!!
this has been one of the most amazing glute only session I have ever had following the Epic End game.. I have really enjoyed it :) 47 minutes transformed into 1 hour and a half LOL.. I had to pause the video a few times to catch my breath :)

It's quite knee-friendly. For me, it's one of the most important factors. 2023: 2*10 kg! Nice. A humbling finisher: 60 reps, and I wasn't able to push against the band in the final reps. Thanks, Caroline!

I've been struggling so much doing hip thrust and its variations cause I don't find a comfy bench to do it, my back hurts so much. But today I find a comfy "spot" I guess to do hip thrusts, I'm using old matrass, I fold it so it became so thick and comfy and finally I can feel my glutes on fire after a lots of trial and error doing hip thrusts. I'm so happyyy

I do find glutes quite challenging but I must say the staple was excellent reason is in the past when staying in the same position with different glute variations it becomes a bit strenuous holding the same stance . And Caroline your advice is the best everytime 🥰
Thanks Caroline. The hip thrusters were not kind to my lower back. I went a little lighter today but still got the workout in the glutes. I hope you all enjoy the workout.
I had the same issue. It hurt my back quite a bit so I went lighter!
Make sure you're keeping everything in line and not going into anterior pelvic tilt as you go down
Anything to do with legs is not my favorite day. But I went heavy and feel amazing after finishing! Thank you for helping to change my body!
Loved that complex to offset the regular sets! I always find staples make the time fly faster, and help me re-center myself mentally & physically. The longer sets really did allow me time to focus on form and try to avoid activating my lower back! Awesome workout, thanks Caroline!

All finished...and I just loved this! What a great staple...the banded walks at the end were a perfect way to finish off the staple...and the finisher was superb! I managed 112 reps today! Good morning, Matthew. I know we are both big fans of glute workouts, especially when there is a band involved. That was trully a fantastic and gainful session. My glutes and hamstring got beaten at every single angle possible haha. The staple was superb, I loved the transition to lateral squat walks. The plank lifts are always spicy and I didn't expect glute bridges at the end to burn so deeply! Finisher was excellent and it really worked our glutes little bit more. Intense and super fun, engaging session. I did glute activation before and at the end just some stretches!

Good morning Matthew this will be a sizzling session. I can already time that when we concentrate on certain Isometric holds like the wall sit from Monday or the glute bridge hold, my muscles start to panic. It will be good practice to build some resilience to the shaking muscles and get stronger 💪🏾

After this workout, 100 finisher, and the add-on…never has seated twist stretching afterwards felt so good and so needed! Loved every minute. Went heavier today on the bar for all hip thrusts, and boy did I feel it as I knew I would. Sometimes, as we progress through this Epics, you’re reminded of exercises that you know would have been super difficult or impossible in early days like those reverse plank ham lifts for me. Another favourite, for sure! Looking forward to full body Friday! And super curious for HIIT on Sunday to see what community suggestions are incorporated.
Had to look twice when HALF WAY was put on the screen again at 75%! Great workout as usual! But oh boy, those hip thrust 30 second holds were tough! 💖

Okay I said it yesterday and I'll say it again today - I've been doing half of what Caroline lifts but I need to do a little more! I'm getting stronger!! I live in a small rural town and have tried a few personal trainers. No one even comes close to Caroline. Caroline, so glad I found you! I look forward to these workouts each morning! I'm feeling so good about myself.

The real challenge begins when you are struggling to push against that band and the burn 🔥 *PAINFUL yet GAINFUL* 🖤
I was able to complete the finisher before Caroline (for the first time) and managed to get 150 reps. I used a barbell of 24kgs for the staple, a pair of 17.5kgs for RDLs and a 25kg dumbbell for SUMOs. Thank you Caroline, that was EPIC!!

Hamstrings are pivotal to having strong knees and hips. Of course the whole posterior chain is vastly stronger in proportion to the adjacent anterior muscle so that's why it is important to keep them strong and GIANT sets will be sure to light them up! 💪🏾 🔥 Let's really get after it today! Giant sets, circuits, body weight, compound and Isolation leg day! I used a 30kg Kettlebell and 2x15kg Dumbbells. The staple did burn. Loved this one. Add on BM day 7. 💖👌

Pro tip: Do not do this workout after a 5 mile run! On the plus side if you've ever wondered exactly what muscles are working during hip thrusts, it will become painfully apparent very quickly lol. That said, I of course loved it and was able to play through the pain and I even got 10 extra reps on the finisher. Thanks again Caroline!!

Hi Monika...wasn’t this such a fantastic glutes session! I loved it! I loved the staple with those banded walks to finish...and the finisher was superb! I managed 112 reps today! Then I did the add on with 3 kg ankle weights and by then my glutes felt very well worked! Have a great day! Matthew
I've been struggling so much doing hip thrust and its variations cause I don't find a comfy bench to do it, my back hurts so much. But today I find a comfy "spot" I guess to do hip thrusts, I'm using old matrass, I fold it so it became so thick and comfy and finally I can feel my glutes on fire after a lots of trial and error doing hip thrusts. I'm so happyyy
