- Jazztronauts is a cooperative theft-em-up for Garry's Mod, also known as prop hunt 2. Go to random maps on the workshop, pillage its trash for money, and converse with your higher-dimensional cat overlords.

3 Years later and I still love this mod.
Idea for a sequel: after stealing multiple props, the GMod Police finally track them down and chase the jazztronauts on the run. It’s like the first version, but with cops you need to avoid.

Imagine different classes of cop enemies represented by different breeds.
Like the shotgunners would be bulldogs... the snipers would be borzois... fast moving scout enemies with pellet guns that pepper you could be corgis...

This mod is amazing!!! I absolutely adored the characters and story, and the gameplay is certainly a lot of fun! Can't wait for whatever comes next!

I played this game so much I'm pretty sure I'm gonna have dreams of cats stealing my stuff for a while
If you have missing textures while visiting some maps, it's because you don't have the required textures.
You need textures from Half-Life 2, Team Fortress 2, and Counter Strike: Source to solve this issue. Go search for these textures on the internet, it shouldn't be too hard. Another method to solve this problem is to install these games if you purchased them on steam.
Some maps just have some workshop resource pack that you need to use in order to see most shit. I have Ep 1 & 2, CS:S, TF2, CS:GO, and both Portals installed and mounted yet I still get errors/missing textures.

The playthrough with me and a few mates was amazing! Pleassseee add the bus as a means of teleportation into sandbox!!! Everything was so much fun but the bus was my favorite partttt

This is actually pretty good, especially when you can make everything look fucked up.

help me,i really wanna play it,but when i launch gmod after downloading the 3 addons,its not in my gamemode list..And when i launch the map alone,there's alot of errors ( I Have the jass_appartements map and the others..)
During cutscenes where the cats where talking there were no subtitles.... any explanation?

I bought GM many years ago and played it only a few times and honestly didn't find the appeal. This mod however seems to give the game a purpose and I have to try it out.
Edit: just found out you need TF2 and CS Source installed so nevermind but goodluck with your project.

well, you only need it for whatever random maps you travel to that happen to require those games' textures. many gmod maps don't require them though, so you can still play it! (i don't have tf2 or the half life 2 episodes installed but i'm still having an absolute blast :D)
