I get angry when people cross my boundaries. I’ll take that as a sign to discuss my feelings and needs, if the person doesn’t respect me I know then it’s time to move on. Anger is neither the good or bad it’s a judgement that you put on it. You may want to learn to express yourself in a different way that suppression on its own is not healthy.
