500 gr bread flour (or all-purpose flour)
8 gr yeast
150 gr sugar
1 egg
100 ml water
100 ml milk
50 gr butter
Pinch of salt (1/4 teaspoon)

Yes, you can, but the bread will be less rich.
What if you don't have the mixer please
You don't have to have a mixer. You can easily do this by hand. You only have to need a little longer until the dough is stretchy.
How much is a pinch of salt? Please tell me how many teaspoons.
A pinch of salt is about 1/4 teaspoon
Please how many grams is both flour equivalent to?
I am not sure I understand your question, but the ingredients and measurements are all listed in the description box below the video.

Mine never rises… what type of yeasts is best?
It doesn't matter the yeast you use. Did you use old yeast or a new batch? Make sure the yeast doesn't come into direct contact with the salt. Keep your dough at a warm place for it to rise. When your flour is expired, the dough won't rise. I hope this helps.
