I 100% agree.... I’m considering even if gyms open back, not going back....I’ve made way more progress with Caroline in 7 months than years at the gym!! And I agree with the mental health part too.... we are in a stay at home order right now and given how low I got last March to end of May, I was terrified for this lockdown (it’s mid winter temps this w-e are minus 20 C!!) because it’s ❄️ so less outdoor time and walks with friends.... but I have been fine because I honestly look forward to Caroline’s work outs every day!💕💕💕
I can’t believe we’re already almost halfway! This workout looks hard - when it comes to Caroline, no equipment and no jumping = not easy! 😅 near the beginning of epic II you were at half a million and now you’re almost at 600K! That growth shows just how amazing these videos are!

The Bodyweigt the hardest cos need your half body pushing. Probably you have 60 kg you doing push ups .Imaginated how much weigts you moving ...good workouts to grow the muscle near dumbells workouts.
I'm noticing my body changing and my flexibility improving. One more thing, since I have been watching what I eat in the evening, my abs are starting to show👌👌👌
Hi Jackie...yes I can do them but I have to think carefully about what I’m doing! But then in HIIT I feel the aim is to keep moving to push the heart rate up. Doesn’t matter if the move isn’t done quite right. Enjoy the workout! Matthew

I am dripping with sweat. You are like the only person that I’ve been able to be consistent with. There have been some other free workout programs that were much shorter yet I just wasn’t bothered. I can’t believe I’m already at week 5 with you. The previous workout programs that I’ve tried were more about a quick fix to being stick-thin where as yours are about being stronger and just being healthy. Thank you so much!

I was just thinking today that that's got to be what I love most about her channel. I mean, there are tons of reasons that play into why I too have no problem coming to workout with Caroline every day when I haven't stuck to any other fitness plan for more than a week in the last 15 years. But most of all I love that the videos are bereft of fitness and diet industry buzzwords. There's no promises of sculpting or toning or lifting or slimming. The aim is always just to "feel epic," and feel epic we do!
I also like the fact that Caroline challenges us and lets us go beyond our limits, and few YT fitness trainers do that. I think Caroline is also the only one who does a full hour, even taking a break when she can't do it anymore, her videos are not interrupted by commercials. THAT'S WHAT MAKES CAROLINE SO UNIQUE

As someone who lives in an apartment I really appreciate these no jumping HIITs! I loved the intesitiy in this one, and that you also put push ups in it, because they are always a challenge (at least for me) and when done in a fast tempo they mostly seem impossible... but one day I will be able to smash them like you Caroline ♥️ thanks for doing what you do!
I so agree!! With the push up part too!! Some days I can up to 12 - but it’s a struggle.... and other days, at 6, I fall flat on my face!! I don’t know why they are such a challenging exercise!!🤬🤬🤬

Even though I'm still not very good, my endurance to HIIT has increased noticeably. I am also able to do almost-full pushups now. OMG!!! EPIC and EPIC II brought me to my happiest and fittest self, I'm so excited for the coming weeks :)

No jumping for a Caroline workout always means lots of push ups, squats and lunges 😍 My favorite upper pair were push up to arm lift and diver push ups and favorite lower set were the side lunges and squat to rdl!! I loved pairing the new abs workout with it! They paired perfectly. It's so fun to see the new little twists you put on exercises like the reverse curl with leg circle. I also appreciated the bonus outer thigh work in side plank because I'm always trying to get a little extra work for that area. Not just for looks, but strong hips/outer thigh really help in your killer lower body workouts 😆 Thanks so much! I wasn't very energetic when I started, but I am full of energy now! Epic II day 21 done ✅ Well, I saw Caroline had her hair in french braids ⚠️ and I started saying my prayers......but I absolutely LOVED that! 😆 Low impact but fast paced, a few tricky moves (diver push ups 😳) but nothing too crazy, lots of lunges and push ups again - it was totally doable and I got a great sweat on. I’m grateful that Caroline decided to be kind today 🤣😂😆

I am still amazed and proud of myself for every push-ups that I am able to perform. 🙌 If I was still going to my gym, I would still perform push-ups on my knees. Hey Thyiff! I loved the workout!! The new ab routine was a total core burner and so unique. Loved it. I think I'm with you with the pushups. I would never be off my knees either if it wasn't for Caroline! So proud of all the progress. My max HR for this workout was 180😳 lol...averaged out at 150 bom. I was def pushing the intensity today. It was great!

Before caroline I used do the workouts of Pamela reif and chloe ting..but when I always finished their workouts I was definitely tired but didn't feel that I was doing justice to my potential..but since I have starting training with caroline I do justice to my workout potential and I even push harder than last time ❤thank you caroline ❤I always watch the full ads...because this is the only way I can pay you back a little❤

So I am on my second round of Epic 2. I did this workout on 3/17/23. This time it was not as arduous, probably because I am stronger thanks to Caroline's workouts. I am not able to do the Pistol squats still. That on where we were in a plank position and had to swing our kegs 90 degrees, was tough but doable. I realize that Mrs. Girvan has given so many of us a present in the form of many workouts and I am grateful.. Yes This causes one's body to be put through the paces, but at the end with better results, we understand why. This is world class training. 👏👏
How amazing was this.👊💥🥵👌 Not a burpee in sight 🎉😂😂😂 Loved today, 👏💯 low squats to alt kicks 👌 Push-ups to alt arm followed by the diver pushup 🥵🥵that was tough. 💥 The speed Caroline you do the walkout to tricep push up is incredible, 😲👊 Favorite was defo the squat to RDLs after the lateral lunges 🔥🔥🔥 the burn felt so good and knowing it was only for 20secs even better 😂 Awesome.... 👏👏👏👏😁

*CAUTION HER HAIR IS BRAIDED* low impact is no synonim to easy, by any mean! I loved every second of my workout, barely took modifications on those push ups, felt more mobile and stronger. I even notice more definition when I look at myself in the mirror, can go deeper in movements and it feels so good! Hands down my favourite workout of the series so far! When doing HIIT workouts i find myself pushing so much harder when there are shorter intervals of working time (20s on, 10s off > 40s on, 20s off). Please bring back more tabata style workouts!!!
Funny, this merits a second comment 2 years later... think this a top 5 HIIT: great alternating between upper & lower body, all doable moves, not a burpee in sight but still sweating like crazy (you know it's good when Caroline is puffing too!), and lateral lunges involved. Total perfection!😅❤🙏🌺
Loved this one! Love to have high intensity without a lot of jumping sometimes. I still add it in if I want to but it’s not necessary as this is still high intensity!!! Thank you Caroline. Heading for your ab workout now and did the 10 min maker workout earlier too .

Short and sweet - loved this one. The fact that it's no jumping makes it much more doable and enjoyable in my opinion. I can't do the other regular HIITS.

I regretted skipping this workout for years, I honestly underestimated cause it has no jumping. But I committed to this just earlier and this was such fun! Intense and challenged not only my cardio but also my muscle strength and agility!! So much fun stuff going on and I'm loving every short burst of energy I'm working! Love it! I might repeat this ❤️

Really good class, I like the fact that you show in advance the next exercise. The beeps counting down and when changing posture in the cooldown are so helpful as I can't always see the screen.

First of all she is trying to enrich people's lives with free content, if this content is not what you're interested in it doesn't mean that it's bad there is no need for the thumbs down. I don't understand why there is so much negativity and hate in the world we live in. These workouts have been so meaningful for me it has allowed me to break away from the gym and I have gained such consistency and it is so much easier to fit in my life. That being said, I have seen many workout videos and have tried many that I felt weren't right for me I still would never give them a thumbs down. I just think it's sad and pathetic that someone would have to have a notification to alert them to bring negativity to someone else for no reason it's pretty sad. So, I've been on a 1-week break coz I was so tired; physically, mentally and emotionally. At first I was guilty coz I never took any breaks with EPIC I but I decided to do it anyways and it's the best thing I did coz now I'm recharged and ready to take on the rest of EPIC II. So, if you are out there and you feel like you need to take a break, remember, it's okay not to be okay, it's okay to rest when you feel the need to and when you are ready the most important thing is that you don't give up get back here and crash it. On HIIT days I always manage to go through with the workout step by step, one exercise at the time, I don’t think at the time left or I would never get to the finisher😃😃 I see today we also have some additional goodies, like the abs workout👍👍👍 yesterday I did stretching & abs but I’ll go for this one as well! Thanks Caroline for all the energy you’ re sending us along with your workouts!

I actually managed to stay up with your pace most of the way but doing those opposite sides punching my god you must of had batteries in you today as I was going at your same speed but it was making me so dizzy 😂 This one today was most excellent, it flew by.. And I agree with the mental health part too.... we are in a stay at home order right now and given how low I got last March to end of May, I was terrified for this lockdown (it’s mid winter temps this w-e are minus 20 C!!) because it’s ❄️ so less outdoor time and walks with friends.... but I have been fine because I honestly look forward to Caroline’s work outs every day!💕💕💕
I can’t believe we’re already almost halfway! This workout looks hard - when it comes to Caroline, no equipment and no jumping = not easy! 😅 near the beginning of epic II you were at half a million and now you’re almost at 600K! That growth shows just how amazing these videos are!

The Bodyweigt the hardest cos need your half body pushing. Probably you have 60 kg you doing push ups .Imaginated how much weigts you moving ...good workouts to grow the muscle near dumbells workouts.
I'm noticing my body changing and my flexibility improving. One more thing, since I have been watching what I eat in the evening, my abs are starting to show👌👌👌

Hi Jackie...yes I can do them but I have to think carefully about what I’m doing! But then in HIIT I feel the aim is to keep moving to push the heart rate up. Doesn’t matter if the move isn’t done quite right. Enjoy the workout! Matthew

I think push ups its the best strenght workout and you not feel sore after need more...😆

I am dripping with sweat. You are like the only person that I’ve been able to be consistent with. There have been some other free workout programs that were much shorter yet I just wasn’t bothered. I can’t believe I’m already at week 5 with you. The previous workout programs that I’ve tried were more about a quick fix to being stick-thin where as yours are about being stronger and just being healthy. Thank you so much!

I was just thinking today that that's got to be what I love most about her channel. I mean, there are tons of reasons that play into why I too have no problem coming to workout with Caroline every day when I haven't stuck to any other fitness plan for more than a week in the last 15 years. But most of all I love that the videos are bereft of fitness and diet industry buzzwords. There's no promises of sculpting or toning or lifting or slimming. The aim is always just to "feel epic," and feel epic we do!
I also like the fact that Caroline challenges us and lets us go beyond our limits, and few YT fitness trainers do that.
I think Caroline is also the only one who does a full hour, even taking a break when she can't do it anymore, her videos are not interrupted by commercials. THAT'S WHAT MAKES CAROLINE SO UNIQUE

As someone who lives in an apartment I really appreciate these no jumping HIITs! I loved the intesitiy in this one, and that you also put push ups in it, because they are always a challenge (at least for me) and when done in a fast tempo they mostly seem impossible... but one day I will be able to smash them like you Caroline ♥️ thanks for doing what you do!
I so agree!! With the push up part too!! Some days I can up to 12 - but it’s a struggle.... and other days, at 6, I fall flat on my face!! I don’t know why they are such a challenging exercise!!🤬🤬🤬

Even though I'm still not very good, my endurance to HIIT has increased noticeably. I am also able to do almost-full pushups now. OMG!!! EPIC and EPIC II brought me to my happiest and fittest self, I'm so excited for the coming weeks :)

No jumping for a Caroline workout always means lots of push ups, squats and lunges 😍 My favorite upper pair were push up to arm lift and diver push ups and favorite lower set were the side lunges and squat to rdl!! I loved pairing the new abs workout with it! They paired perfectly. It's so fun to see the new little twists you put on exercises like the reverse curl with leg circle. I also appreciated the bonus outer thigh work in side plank because I'm always trying to get a little extra work for that area. Not just for looks, but strong hips/outer thigh really help in your killer lower body workouts 😆 Thanks so much! I wasn't very energetic when I started, but I am full of energy now! Well, I saw Caroline had her hair in french braids ⚠️ and I started saying my prayers......but I absolutely LOVED that! 😆
Low impact but fast paced, a few tricky moves (diver push ups 😳) but nothing too crazy, lots of lunges and push ups again - it was totally doable and I got a great sweat on.
I’m grateful that Caroline decided to be kind today 🤣😂😆

I am still amazed and proud of myself for every push-ups that I am able to perform. 🙌 If I was still going to my gym, I would still perform push-ups on my knees. Hey Thyiff! I loved the workout!! The new ab routine was a total core burner and so unique. Loved it. I think I'm with you with the pushups. I would never be off my knees either if it wasn't for Caroline! So proud of all the progress. My max HR for this workout was 180😳 lol...averaged out at 150 bom. I was def pushing the intensity today. It was great!

Before caroline I used do the workouts of Pamela reif and chloe ting..but when I always finished their workouts I was definitely tired but didn't feel that I was doing justice to my potential..but since I have starting training with caroline I do justice to my workout potential and I even push harder than last time ❤thank you caroline ❤I always watch the full ads...because this is the only way I can pay you back a little❤

Sunday mornings are really good , especially when You have Caroline's workouts , to keep you active .
So I am on my second round of Epic 2. I did this workout on 3/17/23. This time it was not as arduous, probably because I am stronger thanks to Caroline's workouts. I am not able to do the Pistol squats still.
That on where we were in a plank position and had to swing our kegs 90 degrees, was tough but doable.
I realize that Mrs. Girvan has given so many of us a present in the form of many workouts and I am grateful..
Yes This causes one's body to be put through the paces, but at the end with better results, we understand why.

*CAUTION HER HAIR IS BRAIDED* low impact is no synonim to easy, by any mean! I loved every second of my workout, barely took modifications on those push ups, felt more mobile and stronger. I even notice more definition when I look at myself in the mirror, can go deeper in movements and it feels so good! Hands down my favourite workout of the series so far! When doing HIIT workouts i find myself pushing so much harder when there are shorter intervals of working time (20s on, 10s off > 40s on, 20s off). Please bring back more tabata style workouts!!!

Funny, this merits a second comment 2 years later... think this a top 5 HIIT: great alternating between upper & lower body, all doable moves, not a burpee in sight but still sweating like crazy (you know it's good when Caroline is puffing too!), and lateral lunges involved. Total perfection!😅❤🙏🌺
Loved this one! Love to have high intensity without a lot of jumping sometimes. I still add it in if I want to but it’s not necessary as this is still high intensity!!! Thank you Caroline. Heading for your ab workout now and did the 10 min maker workout earlier too .

That was a lot of FUN! I crushed it! Really felt I brought the intensity today. Loved the pushup combos!! Pushups are gradually turning into one of my strengths!!💪🏻🥳Now I feel amazingly dead haha! But on to the new ab video😉😁.

I regretted skipping this workout for years, I honestly underestimated cause it has no jumping.
But I committed to this just earlier and this was such fun! Intense and challenged not only my cardio but also my muscle strength and agility!! So much fun stuff going on and I'm loving every short burst of energy I'm working! Love it! I might repeat this ❤️

Really good class, I like the fact that you show in advance the next exercise. The beeps counting down and when changing posture in the cooldown are so helpful as I can't always see the screen.

Hi Rachel...yes I have picked up that others are trying to copy Caroline...and yes it is irritating! But no one can really imitate Caroline...she is unique! Wow! The Epic ll Day 21, I loved it! The routine was intense but comfortable. I've made a lot of progress, my body has changed. I thought I wasn't going to be able to train alone, I really enjoy training. Thank you Caroline for everything you're doing for your entire team.

Hi Natalie...I never get this either...but you see people giving a thumbs down...not many but one or two...very quickly. They can’t possibly even have seen the workout properly. I simply don’t get it...and how can you dislike what Caroline does? Matthew
@@matthewalmond4688 I can't understand how anyone could give it a thumbs down even if they watched the whole thing. First of all she is trying to enrich people's lives with free content, if this content is not what you're interested in it doesn't mean that it's bad there is no need for the thumbs down. I don't understand why there is so much negativity and hate in the world we live in. These workouts have been so meaningful for me it has allowed me to break away from the gym and I have gained such consistency and it is so much easier to fit in my life. That being said, I have seen many workout videos and have tried many that I felt weren't right for me I still would never give them a thumbs down. I just think it's sad and pathetic that someone would have to have a notification to alert them to bring negativity to someone else for no reason it's pretty sad. Thank you for supporting my comment and I see you're quite involved in the community and full of positive energy!

So, I've been on a 1-week break coz I was so tired; physically, mentally and emotionally. At first I was guilty coz I never took any breaks with EPIC I but I decided to do it anyways and it's the best thing I did coz now I'm recharged and ready to take on the rest of EPIC II. So, if you are out there and you feel like you need to take a break, remember, it's okay not to be okay, it's okay to rest when you feel the need to and when you are ready the most important thing is that you don't give up get back here and crash it. Love you guys and as always thanks Caroline ❤
On HIIT days I always manage to go through with the workout step by step, one exercise at the time, I don’t think at the time left or I would never get to the finisher😃😃 I see today we also have some additional goodies, like the abs workout👍👍👍 yesterday I did stretching & abs but I’ll go for this one as well! Thanks Caroline for all the energy you’ re sending us along with your workouts!
That was a really lovely HIIT workout that i could actually do (with just a couple of alternatives), just maybe i am getting better at this! Thank you Caroline, each day different and new, again and again.

I actually managed to stay up with your pace most of the way but doing those opposite sides punching my god you must of had batteries in you today as I was going at your same speed but it was making me so dizzy 😂

I am trying so hard not to think about things but it's there in my thoughts all the time, also I have not been sleeping well which isn't helping.
But doing Caroline's workouts are definitely helping me right now..

Caroline has definitely made me stronger in legs where I can match her reps but my upper body needs alot of work to be able to even come closer to her...can't wait to make that leap with her...thanks alot dear for always inspiring

Honestly, I usually hate the HIIT days, but this workout was probably the most enjoyable from the whole EPIC II so far!!! Love you Caroline; you made me love fitness again after my ED.
