I actually started to cry in the middle of the workout. Three years ago i couldnt almost walk because of borrelia... here i am now.. crying, laughing and im so proud of myself and everybody.. we work so hard and we try our best! Now im crying again.. if you dream it! You can do it! I am more toned than ever and my bodydismorphia is starting to get better. Im so happy 😭

Just gotta show up and to the work! So happy to hear your body dysmorphia is improving. I think Caroline's honesty and her workouts have changed so many people's views of their bodies. I’m going to be very honest I thought this one would be a walk in the park. I about died. I’m way behind the group but Im in this marathon. Mentally struggled and wanted to given up at 24%. I had to pause, gather my mind and keep telling myself “you can do this, you survived EPIC l” ! I made it through yall and I’m so proud of myself for not quitting. If it wasn’t for all this sweat no one could tell I’m crying right now. Thank you Caroline.
Love having her as my personal trainer!! I love that aspect of her workouts. It's not just pieced together clips...she is actually doing the full workout with us. Love when I look up exhausted and she is too or she is resting quick along with me. So motivating! Always love the little bits of encouragement she gives throughout as well!

Hello there, I did the exact same thing for the first time ever I had to read the comments , day 20 th I just couldn’t get it going ..somehow composed myself and did the work out 💪.. it was the hardest workout for me
So after a hard week of training with DBs at a good weight, I saw todays CALISTHENICS I hour Full Body and foolishly thought it would be easier. This actually took more out of me than what the weights did early in the week. Feel so tight after this and really feel the benefit of the stretch. Even the push-ups were tough, whats going on, I love push-ups.... Thank you Caroline always targeted, always effective, always challenging and always smiling.... Happy Friday
Hi Anthony...I’d actually been thinking this would be hard...I know Caroline’s callisthenics...and when she said she was so much looking forward to it...well.... Actually I really enjoyed it...hard but doable...there were a couple of moves where I don’t think I quite got it right...but I was enjoying myself! I felt it was a pretty good cardio workout with the short breaks! Certainly by the end I was soaked in sweat! Have a great weekend...and see you for HIIT on Sunday. It is TABATA which I like...but let’s see what Caroline’s take on it is! Matthew
Indeed, all you have to do is choose one... whichever you like... and just get going! Though the nice part of enrolling a program like epic is that it provides an additional motivation & lots of workout buddies to share opinions afterwards!!!
I love that too. There is sooo much variety. Can always just pick whatever your in the mood for. But love Epic where she tells you what you're in the mood for too😂
Bodyweight is so effective as resistance, and with Caroline there are plenty of ways to experience the real resistance of bodyweight. I’m so looking forward to this full body workout 🤩 (And super happy to see you on UTV. Congratulations Caroline🥰)

Caroline. I don't know how you do it but for me this was the hardest and one of the most challenging I've done. I was so out of my comfort zone. I can't understand how you contort your body into some of these exercises. At one point I was just watching you with my mouth open, shaking my head and saying how did she do that?😩. You're blooming amaaaaaaaaaazing
this was definitely one of the hardest workouts I have ever done! I was trying not to get frustrated or mad at myself for not being able to do the moves. I definitely want to try this workout again, maybe after I finish epic 2! good job to everyone who tried their best getting through this one
I had a terrible day yesterday. I really doubted myself and my ability, not only wit exercise but with life itself The mental talk was, "You just dont have what it takes." So today i was faced with one hour of calisthentics (which ive never done before). I dont like change, at all! I'm crying. i did every exercise. The heart is pumping. the sweat is pouring. My muscles have ALL been used and i feel so happy to be alive. Thank you.
I'm always impressed by the variety of Caroline's workouts. I did a lot of pilates in the past to improve my flexibility, mobility and balance. It was very helpful today, but I still have a lot to learn😉. I will certainly do this workout again - I loved it! Happy Friday😄
Yes!Agree that my pilates fitness helped me a lot..all of that...but I am not STRONG enough in arms...but I think I will progress in time...always a challenge and keeps me motivated and thankful for at least trying my best and feeling EPIC afterwards😊

I'm sitting on the floor after doing this workout with a big satisfied smile on my face! More of these please! I've always been a believer in the concept of working within your capacity, which, to maximize your abilities, means increasing your capacity. In our daily lives we need to be able to move, balance, heft, get up, get down, etc without injury, especially if we are athletes. Increasing our capacity to do that through this kind of training for strength balance and flexibility will ensure a solid physical presence for the rest of our lives. I so appreciate this kind of workout added to our mix to balance it out. Yay!!!
Every workout I am more amazed at what Caroline can do...and what I am able to do! So many of these moves I've never seen, but when I can finally do them...YES! Progress! Thank you for such amazing workouts Caroline!

This was super surprising, it was actually way more challenging than I thought it would be and sooooo much FUN! Goes to say never underestimate calaesthetics. I was actually sweating which I didn't expect. I love that you can still get an awesome burn in the legs and I wasn't even wearing my weighted vest! Caroline is truly a master of the fitness domain. This girl just keeps on coming up with things!!!! Caroline, you’re an angel. I broke up with my boyfriend yesterday, so I lay on my mat crying every now and then during this workout. But seeing my already strong body in the mirror made me feel strong on the inside, too. This workout plan is amazing, I feel amazing and not even a bad breakup is going to make me stop! Forgive me, I don't really have much knowledge about calisthenics. At first, I was like "Will this workout make me sweaty?" And 🤡 lol why did I even doubt that? Of course it's a Caroline Girvan's workout. It will indeed be a sweaty session (and a tough one). I'm proud of myself for doing my best until the end. Hi Ms. Caroline! You inspire me to be more athletic in nature! I don't do the EPIC exercises everyday but I see to it that I catch up! (busy with work in the hospital!) You have pushed me in so many ways physically and mentally! I never thought that I can do the other moves in the exercises but I am truly amaze how I can do it now like what you said it is only you who can make the exercise harder so I always say to myself this is easy even though I know its not! I am truly grateful to you for pushing me and for inspiring me. I use to step on a scale every single day but now I just work out and eat properly and just be myself no pressure on loosing the weight just enjoying the journey with you! Thank you Ms. Caroline you changed my views on loosing weight. Currently I don't know what is my weight but I am halfway there last year I started my journey at 210 pounds and now I don't where I am but last time I check I am 161. Caroline, this hour seemed whole eternity to me. You've combined all the hardest exercises, specaiily plank and x1 leg push ups and lifts. I hardly survived this day 20 slayer workout) My training suit and bandana are wet allover. The unwind stretch was really good afterwards) Thank you soo much!

Well... What can I say? I just had one of the best hour long workouts I have ever experienced! 👏🏾💪🏾👍🏾🙌🏾😍That was superb! I want to tell you again and again that you are my inspiration, that you made me push myself more and more day by day, to wake up in the morning and follow this program with pleasure.. many times i was dizzy and felt pain and I didn’t stop , I screamed to myself “let’s goo, you can do it”! What a fab end to week 4 of EPIC. I have never done calisthenics before however I want to do them every week now! The big takeaway for me today is balance; I now know I am awful at it and I realised that is a key building block for our training. It was amazing; when your body is balanced correctly the right muscles engage and I could feel so much less pressure on my knees and joints, as the muscles kicked in to do the work. What is also amazing is how going slow makes your heart go fast...best of all I don't think anything is aching. I feel tired but totally relaxed. Hope we get to see more of these soon; it was just perfect..thank you 🥰
Found this one a struggle.... lost my mojo today. Shame as I love Friday work outs! We all have bad days and today was one of mine... onwards and upwards for Sunday’s work out x

This was so much FUN!!! Love testing my balance and doing challenging and new combinations! Loved doing the one leg pushup to x 4 leg lifts, plank to alternating reverse plank, all the moves with the yoga block, all the plank stuff, the ab work towards the end...umm so basically everything!!!😂👏🏻My favorite workout ever is your other Calisthenic routine, so when I saw day 20's title in the middle of the night I couldn't get back to sleep fast enough. Note to self - never underestimate a body weight workout 😆 that was so much harder than it looked. Plus my legs are still a bit sore from Tuesdays leg workout 😳 loved the slow pace of this after a challenging week but still felt the burn for sure Thanks so much Caroline 🥰👌🏻🙌🏻

This was definitely harder than I expected it to be! I'm really proud of myself for finishing it without pausing the video once, although I have to admit that I worked for 40 - 45 seconds and rested for 20 - 15 most of the time.
So hard especially the upper body sections. Definitely need a lot of strength for this workout. Love the idea behind this type of workout and the routine just very hard for me to do without modifying. Also been unwell for over a week first time back at it so split this workout over two days of 30 mins. Suited me to ease back in to it. Thanks Caroline
What a fantastic workout! It tested all aspects of our fitness,...strength, balance, coordination, etc. Working through the tricky moves was a fun challenge for both body and mind. Definitely a workout to revisit. Thank you!
This was the best workout I’ve done in such a long time. Was thinking I’m gonna chill, do some low impact. But this got me sweating and hit every muscle group without getting boring. I get soooo bored with hour long ones and especially if I’m not feeling the exercises and tend to find low impact v easy. This was not easy. Hats off to Caroline she knows what she’s doing!
Great workout ! I love the “no trainers/runners” workout days and the core/balance exercises they’re so good for the body and mind and stability training which helps improve our balance and prevent injuries! Keep’em coming Caroline 🤗💪🏼♥️❣️
Done . It was too advanced for me 🥲I couldn’t do about 30 percent of the workout to perfection . Some day ! Bring back the dumbbells please . I will sweat and bleed and lie dead on the floor rather than doing calisthenics🤣🤣I am such a control freak and if I can’t do it to perfection , I sulk . But the workout is amazing . I don’t know how you come up with all this , Caroline . You are not human 🥰
I agree. Need to actually learn through progression with these types of moves. Too hard for someone new to calisthetics (30%) of the moves. The rest I loved

honestly at puberty stage, my hormones are way higher than those of a woman, a full grown woman. I aspire to people like you because you people make the "impossible" possible, some of the worlds strongest men with 10 times the hormones and way better genetics struggle to do half what you just did, I applaud you, this workout was amazing coach! this goes to show gender, genetics height weight or whatever changing factors, can not stop you from doing anything. Quad muscles: check. Ab muscles: check. Hip flexor muscles: nope. Non existent. Yet another muscle I discovered I didn’t have today. But I’m still showing up 5 days a week. And I feel better already (even with non-existent hip flexors)! Thanks as always, Caroline!
LOVE how this makes you feel like you're using your body to the full extent it was designed! to perform 😍 I almost gave up 4 times, and gotta be honest, skipped a couple of the pushup excercies, but I gave my absolute best and stuck it through to the end! So proud to have (sort of) finished it and can't wait till the day I'm strong enough to manage them all!

Done this today again as my Friday full body workout. Easily one of my favorite workouts ever. Superb, very challenging, long but passes so fast …. you are required to use the full potential of your body: strength, flexibility, balance and mental focus. Magnificent.

Ok, i did all the epic videos, and this was the hardest one for me. At the end I was drained of the energy, barely could do any more exercises. This was a good one, and shows that one should finish epic 1 before going for 2. If I haven't finished it before, I would be 100% dead after this one.
I gave up after 67% too advanced for me and too long. It felt like gymnastic training and I didn't enjoy it at all. It's really knocked my confidence. But you can't please all of the people all of the time. I'm loving the programme and looking forward to tomorrow

Three years ago i couldnt almost walk because of borrelia... here i am now.. crying, laughing and im so proud of myself and everybody.. we work so hard and we try our best! Now im crying again.. if you dream it! You can do it! I am more toned than ever and my bodydismorphia is starting to get better. Im so happy 😭

I’m going to be very honest I thought this one would be a walk in the park. I about died. I’m way behind the group but Im in this marathon. Mentally struggled and wanted to given up at 24%. I had to pause, gather my mind and keep telling myself “you can do this, you survived EPIC l” ! I made it through yall and I’m so proud of myself for not quitting. If it wasn’t for all this sweat no one could tell I’m crying right now. Thank you Caroline.

So after a hard week of training with DBs at a good weight, I saw todays CALISTHENICS I hour Full Body and foolishly thought it would be easier. This actually took more out of me than what the weights did early in the week. Feel so tight after this and really feel the benefit of the stretch. Even the push-ups were tough, whats going on, I love push-ups.... Thank you Caroline always targeted, always effective, always challenging and always smiling.... Happy Friday
Hi Anthony...I’d actually been thinking this would be hard...I know Caroline’s callisthenics...and when she said she was so much looking forward to it...well.... Actually I really enjoyed it...hard but doable...there were a couple of moves where I don’t think I quite got it right...but I was enjoying myself! I felt it was a pretty good cardio workout with the short breaks! Certainly by the end I was soaked in sweat! Have a great weekend...and see you for HIIT on Sunday. It is TABATA which I like...but let’s see what Caroline’s take on it is! Matthew

Caroline. I don't know how you do it but for me this was the hardest and one of the most challenging I've done. I was so out of my comfort zone. I can't understand how you contort your body into some of these exercises. At one point I was just watching you with my mouth open, shaking my head and saying how did she do that?😩. You're blooming amaaaaaaaaaazing
Caroline makes it look so effortless. Meanwhile, here I am trying to do everything with the grace and finesse of a toddler that just started walking.

this was definitely one of the hardest workouts I have ever done! I was trying not to get frustrated or mad at myself for not being able to do the moves. I definitely want to try this workout again, maybe after I finish epic 2!

I had a terrible day yesterday. I really doubted myself and my ability, not only wit exercise but with life itself The mental talk was, "You just dont have what it takes." So today i was faced with one hour of calisthentics (which ive never done before). I dont like change, at all! I'm crying. i did every exercise. The heart is pumping. the sweat is pouring. My muscles have ALL been used and i feel so happy to be alive. Thank you.
I'm always impressed by the variety of Caroline's workouts. I did a lot of pilates in the past to improve my flexibility, mobility and balance. It was very helpful today, but I still have a lot to learn😉. I will certainly do this workout again - I loved it! Happy Friday😄

Yes!Agree that my pilates fitness helped me a lot..all of that...but I am not STRONG enough in arms...but I think I will progress in time...always a challenge and keeps me motivated and thankful for at least trying my best and feeling EPIC afterwards😊

I'm sitting on the floor after doing this workout with a big satisfied smile on my face! More of these please! I've always been a believer in the concept of working within your capacity, which, to maximize your abilities, means increasing your capacity. In our daily lives we need to be able to move, balance, heft, get up, get down, etc without injury, especially if we are athletes. Increasing our capacity to do that through this kind of training for strength balance and flexibility will ensure a solid physical presence for the rest of our lives. I so appreciate this kind of workout added to our mix to balance it out. Yay!!!

This was super surprising, it was actually way more challenging than I thought it would be and sooooo much FUN! Goes to say never underestimate calaesthetics. I was actually sweating which I didn't expect. I love that you can still get an awesome burn in the legs and I wasn't even wearing my weighted vest! Caroline is truly a master of the fitness domain. This girl just keeps on coming up with things!!!! Caroline, you’re an angel. I broke up with my boyfriend yesterday, so I lay on my mat crying every now and then during this workout. But seeing my already strong body in the mirror made me feel strong on the inside, too. This workout plan is amazing, I feel amazing and not even a bad breakup is going to make me stop! Forgive me, I don't really have much knowledge about calisthenics. At first, I was like "Will this workout make me sweaty?" And 🤡 lol why did I even doubt that? Of course it's a Caroline Girvan's workout. It will indeed be a sweaty session (and a tough one). I'm proud of myself for doing my best until the end. Hi Ms. Caroline! You inspire me to be more athletic in nature! I don't do the EPIC exercises everyday but I see to it that I catch up! (busy with work in the hospital!) You have pushed me in so many ways physically and mentally! I never thought that I can do the other moves in the exercises but I am truly amaze how I can do it now like what you said it is only you who can make the exercise harder so I always say to myself this is easy even though I know its not! I am truly grateful to you for pushing me and for inspiring me. I use to step on a scale every single day but now I just work out and eat properly and just be myself no pressure on loosing the weight just enjoying the journey with you! Thank you Ms. Caroline you changed my views on loosing weight. Currently I don't know what is my weight but I am halfway there last year I started my journey at 210 pounds and now I don't where I am but last time I check I am 161. Hopefully with your help I loose the fat and gain more muscle! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!!!!!!!! THIS WILL BE AN EPIC JOURNEY WITH YOU!

What a fab end to week 4 of EPIC. I have never done calisthenics before however I want to do them every week now! The big takeaway for me today is balance; I now know I am awful at it and I realised that is a key building block for our training. It was amazing; when your body is balanced correctly the right muscles engage and I could feel so much less pressure on my knees and joints, as the muscles kicked in to do the work. What is also amazing is how going slow makes your heart go fast...best of all I don't think anything is aching. I feel tired but totally relaxed. Hope we get to see more of these soon; it was just perfect..thank you 🥰

I did well overall, but I strained my hip flexor a few weeks back so the balance act on some of the moves was hard especially the V SIT, passing in the circle🙈..

I just finished this and I had to cry on the last excercises....I'm surprised at how hard today was both physically and mentally but I pulled through.

Note to self - never underestimate a body weight workout 😆 that was so much harder than it looked. Plus my legs are still a bit sore from Tuesdays leg workout 😳 loved the slow pace of this after a challenging week but still felt the burn for sure

This was definitely harder than I expected it to be! I'm really proud of myself for finishing it without pausing the video once, although I have to admit that I worked for 40 - 45 seconds and rested for 20 - 15 most of the time.
So hard especially the upper body sections. Definitely need a lot of strength for this workout. Love the idea behind this type of workout and the routine just very hard for me to do without modifying. Also been unwell for over a week first time back at it so split this workout over two days of 30 mins. Suited me to ease back in to it. Thanks Caroline

What a fantastic workout! It tested all aspects of our fitness,...strength, balance, coordination, etc. Working through the tricky moves was a fun challenge for both body and mind. Definitely a workout to revisit. Thank you!

This was the best workout I’ve done in such a long time. Was thinking I’m gonna chill, do some low impact. But this got me sweating and hit every muscle group without getting boring. I get soooo bored with hour long ones and especially if I’m not feeling the exercises and tend to find low impact v easy. This was not easy. Hats off to Caroline she knows what she’s doing!

honestly at puberty stage, my hormones are way higher than those of a woman, a full grown woman. I aspire to people like you because you people make the "impossible" possible, some of the worlds strongest men with 10 times the hormones and way better genetics struggle to do half what you just did, I applaud you, this workout was amazing coach! this goes to show gender, genetics height weight or whatever changing factors, can not stop you from doing anything. Quad muscles: check. Ab muscles: check. Hip flexor muscles: nope. Non existent. Yet another muscle I discovered I didn’t have today. But I’m still showing up 5 days a week. And I feel better already (even with non-existent hip flexors)! Thanks as always, Caroline!
LOVE how this makes you feel like you're using your body to the full extent it was designed! to perform 😍 I almost gave up 4 times, and gotta be honest, skipped a couple of the pushup excercies, but I gave my absolute best and stuck it through to the end! So proud to have (sort of) finished it and can't wait till the day I'm strong enough to manage them all!

Done this today again as my Friday full body workout. Easily one of my favorite workouts ever. Superb, very challenging, long but passes so fast …. you are required to use the full potential of your body: strength, flexibility, balance and mental focus. Magnificent.

Holy crap, Caroline! Thank you for such a challenging workout. It's amazing to see the difference in strength & balance from the first Epic workout to now!
Ok, i did all the epic videos, and this was the hardest one for me. At the end I was drained of the energy, barely could do any more exercises. This was a good one, and shows that one should finish epic 1 before going for 2. If I haven't finished it before, I would be 100% dead after this one.
This is easily the absolute hardest workout I’ve ever done. Caroline, you are amazing!!
This one was so much fun! Some of the moves I had to spend like 50 seconds trying to get my limbs to do something like what it was you were doing.
I gave up after 67% too advanced for me and too long. It felt like gymnastic training and I didn't enjoy it at all. It's really knocked my confidence. But you can't please all of the people all of the time. I'm loving the programme and looking forward to tomorrow

Hello :) just wondered if y’all could tel me if you eat anything before you workout? I usually roll out of bed get a spoonful of tahini or sunbutter and start Caroline’s workout. Sometimes I start to feel a little queasy when working hard. Just wondering what others do! Happy Friday :)
