I got scared when I first heard the we’re doing 2min complexes👀 but then I said to myself: it’s only 20 minutes. If I could do 50min workouts, I can do this. And so I did. Took it at my own pace but still pushed myself. Modified some moves and took my time to make it safe for my lower back. I’m so happy that I was pain free during this. Very grateful and proud!
I survived! And today for the first time since starting CG - my husband said "wow you are really looking good! Like used to be an athlete good!" (folks I have NEVER not once in my life 'used to be an athlete' or 'am an athlete' this is high praise and I'm running with it! 46 years old and CG strong!

Morning, Matthew! So true! I love when there is a title involving complexes and cardio. What a combination! That was a 20 min of sweaty joy! I really enjoyed it, all the combinations were superb, I especially had fun with the finisher. For add-on I did yesterday's glute and hammies workout and omg what a schorcher! My glutes and hamstrings were on absolute fire. That 1 leg hip thrusts hurt me in my soul. I love this 20 min workouts. If you asked me two years ago, I would say that you have to workout for an hour to get maximum results, but now I am changed woman - 20 min, when workouts are structured like Caroline's, are as efficient as 45 min ones. Min rest but maximum effort. Have a lovely sunday and I am really curious what is coming tomorrow. Legs, arms?

WoW not a HIIT but a super Calorie Burner for just 20 mins. Definitely feel the core engaged and the Shoulders are continuously targeted which is good. Really gets the heart rate well up my Average was 137 and my Peak was 159 and the Cal burn was 207. What a great opener for Sunday nice to have Cx back on a beautifil NI sunny Sunday morning. I thought I was fit until I tried this humbling cardio workout. I had to take two breaks in most of sets. When I finally completed, I was all sweaty. Thank you for your inspiring videos. Hope one day I could work out with you in person. ❤😊

🥵🥵🥵! That was tough!! My heart took this as a HIIT!😆 I tried to keep the heart rate spikes at a minimum but the jumping didn't help matters😄. But I enjoyed the challenge!! Complexes always increase the intensity of any workout and leave me wanting/needing that rest break! My favorites today were the sprawls, skaters, lateral lunges and pushup to plank..had a lot of fun with those. Great finisher as always! Another great start to my Sunday!! Love getting to celebrate Christmas everyday with everyone with the advent calendar😁! See you all tomorrow for our next present 🎁!!😆 Thanks Caroline!
Well this proved to me how far I fell. I used to be able to do P90X plyometrics advanced moves without blinking. This nearly killed me. Not to say it is not intense, it is. I am glad I am doing this 20 min workout series to get back into it. Thank you for this video, I needed it.
I don’t think you fell physically at all! Caroline’s workouts are on a whole other level. They are tough, tough, tough! I have done them all and every one is super challenging. As I go back and repeat them, I get a little stronger, but they are still tough! Keep at it and you’ll be amazed at the results you get, well done and welcome to the Caroline workout survivors community! 😉
I can’t believe I did a full 40 seconds of lunge jumps and a full MINUTE of those horrible crab things… it’s been 2.5 years of working with Caroline and it does get easier! 🎉🎉❤❤❤
I love this workout format! I am getting back into working out after a long hiatus, and have been getting discouraged because I am slow down or feel like I have to take breaks. This format helped so much, since the focus is on pacing yourself and just getting through the 2 minutes. Makes the workout fly by, but I feel more challenged than I’ve felt by a workout in a long time. Please post more of these complexes! They’re so helpful. Thanks for all you do!
I LOVE this series!! Thank you for the shorter times and yet my muscles work hard! This one today had too much jumping for me without substitutes. I substituted it with your CHILLED CARDIO WORKOUT no equipment, no jumping, which is also 20 min. I feel good !
God, killed me with this one, Caroline! It was exactly what I needed. I modified a bunch & stopped a couple times, but still mighty proud for getting through it. Thank you for being such an inspiration - and love that smile at the end!

I only started Carolines workout this year, did Fuel and halfway through Iron. Opted for some cardio in-between my Iron series and this completely wiped me out. I'm so impressed by your strength and endurance Caroline!! It's incredibly motivating

I agree with you, I definitely think it was tougher than HIIT! I had to slow down or stop earlier for some of complexes... in my case, 2 minutes is way too much for some of them. Enjoy your new workout clothes!

Happy Sunday Morning…this one definitely kicked my booty! I had to modify many of the exercises to make it low impact, but I found a way to get my heart rate up and not stop as Caroline suggested. I was nervous when I saw “no equipment”, because I am definitely not great with these types of exercises. However I think the important thing is to challenge yourself and give this gift to your body- the gift of movement. As a Physical Therapist, I know that is the gift that will keep giving back. Just got off shift from the hospital and with two littles waiting for me at home, I usually skip my workouts. Figured I could get in 20 minutes despite being tired and I am SO glad I did! Thank you again for a quick but burn worthy workout!

5 months post my c-secrion. My first intense non stop cardio. This is what i needed. First half i was able to pull it off. later got slow, was able to do 2 sets instead of 3. Coming back after one day of break. I wont move to another cardio unless i master it just like her ❤🔥
As much as I am loving the Iron Series, it is FANTASTIC to review these additional workouts, I am enjoying them almost as much as the new one of the day!

This went much better today😁 I'm proud to say that I only stopped durinf the ab complex and in the chest to floor burpees complex, but I did makes sure to finish the group I was bbusy with. This was a wonderful add on today and I felt ready to attack it this time💪 Thank you so much, Caroline!

Yesterday we had a guest for the whole entire day, so I couldn't work out. I really missed it, so I stayed up really late, so maybe I could do it, but I was too tired. So today, I have 2 workouts to finish. Cardio complexes ✔ It was hard, I had to pause many times, but it still got my heart pumping!❤️🔥 I like this feeling, it makes me feel alive.

Sweaty and heart-pumping is right!! But at least I knew to back down when the gasping started. Saving that for HIIT :). In this cardio format, it was very do-able. Favourites: skaters of course!! Followed by side lunges, sprawl, plank to tuck, plank to alternating toe reach. And I managed to do those crab reaches at the end without falling all over the place for a change. Did the abs add-on, Unwind too (still a favourite). Looking forward to tomorrow!

This was killer!! I don’t know why I was so naive in thinking 20 min workouts would be easier 🙈. Nope!! I had to take longer rests for a few and the burpee combo I had to actually shut off the video and just count my reps out until I finished 2 sets of each. I can’t keep up with Caroline and when I try I can’t breathe. 😂 I definitely feel so much better after finishing this! Thank you as always Caroline!

I LOVE this series!! Thank you for the shorter times and yet my muscles work hard! This one today had too much jumping for me without substitutes. I substituted it with your CHILLED CARDIO WORKOUT no equipment, no jumping, which is also 20 min. I feel good !
God, killed me with this one, Caroline! It was exactly what I needed. I modified a bunch & stopped a couple times, but still mighty proud for getting through it. Thank you for being such an inspiration - and love that smile at the end!

Yes somehow HIIT which is a very short time of work such as 30 seconds of work can appear more challenging than more moderate pace such as this yet this really is challenging in a different way! Way to go Maryam!!🤩
I agree with you, I definitely think it was tougher than HIIT! I had to slow down or stop earlier for some of complexes... in my case, 2 minutes is way too much for some of them. Enjoy your new workout clothes!

Happy Sunday Morning…this one definitely kicked my booty! I had to modify many of the exercises to make it low impact, but I found a way to get my heart rate up and not stop as Caroline suggested. I was nervous when I saw “no equipment”, because I am definitely not great with these types of exercises. However I think the important thing is to challenge yourself and give this gift to your body- the gift of movement. As a Physical Therapist, I know that is the gift that will keep giving back. Thank you Caroline! 🎄🎁

Another great and intense workout by Caroline!!!. I thought that 20 minutes won't be so challenging to do, nomatter what exercises involves but I was deceived!!!😁 By the halfway point I was almost out of breath, but I kept pushing until the end. I hope everyone has a great Sunday!!!

Just got off shift from the hospital and with two littles waiting for me at home, I usually skip my workouts. Figured I could get in 20 minutes despite being tired and I am SO glad I did! Thank you again for a quick but burn worthy workout!

I have a cold and was seriously considering not doing this workout. I thought I would run out of breath... I couldn't keep up with your pace (can anyone, really? 😜) but I found my own. And it felt sooo good in the end! Thank you, Caroline! You rock! Keep up the great work! 💪

5 months post my c-secrion. My first intense non stop cardio. This is what i needed.
First half i was able to pull it off. later got slow, was able to do 2 sets instead of 3. Coming back after one day of break. I wont move to another cardio unless i master it just like her ❤🔥
As much as I am loving the Iron Series, it is FANTASTIC to review these additional workouts, I am enjoying them almost as much as the new one of the day!

I'm proud to say that I only stopped durinf the ab complex and in the chest to floor burpees complex, but I did makes sure to finish the group I was bbusy with.

Sweaty and heart-pumping is right!! But at least I knew to back down when the gasping started. Saving that for HIIT :). In this cardio format, it was very do-able. Favourites: skaters of course!! Followed by side lunges, sprawl, plank to tuck, plank to alternating toe reach. And I managed to do those crab reaches at the end without falling all over the place for a change. Did the abs add-on, Unwind too (still a favourite). Looking forward to tomorrow!

This was killer!! I don’t know why I was so naive in thinking 20 min workouts would be easier 🙈. Nope!! I had to take longer rests for a few and the burpee combo I had to actually shut off the video and just count my reps out until I finished 2 sets of each. I can’t keep up with Caroline and when I try I can’t breathe. 😂 I definitely feel so much better after finishing this! Thank you as always Caroline!
