Logitech G Pro X 2 is awesome for these reasons

- Prawn here with an overview of what I think are the best features of the @LogitechG Pro X 2 Lightspeed. This is a fantastic headset that's an interesting upgrade to the previous Logitech G Pro X Lightspeed. Subscribe for my full in-depth review, but I wanted to show you what the most interesting features are and why it's potentially worth your hard-earned cash.
My favourite features of the Logitech G Pro X Lightspeed are:
- The swappable ear cushions included as standard (choices of comfort or passive noise cancellation)
- A solid headband design that includes pivot and tilt ear cups that can easily fit your head
- Both Bluetooth and wireless connectivity (though sadly not at the same time)
- 3.5mm connections on the headset AND on the wireless dongle, so you can wirelessly mic monitor and external mic or mix in another analogue source
- Good punchy bass and DTS Headphone X 2.0 as well as other satisfying sound profiles
- Logitech Blue Voice mic tech (for customised sound)
- Stylish design
- Decent battery life

They are worth it. Like the other guy said microphone is bad but why use a headset mic when u could just use a proper Logitech blue yeti.

@@Mr_snappy. External mics will always be better than headset mics. It's a pointless argument if you are broke and a console player. If you want decent mic quality get an astro or turtle Beach pro tournament headset. I had Sony xm4s as a gaming headset only for audio. the Logitechs better overall for gaming, it's got decent spatial audio it's bass rocker is stronger than xm4s as well. You buy expensive headphones specifically for audio. Headmics are all around bad
@@blackred1032 it's a bad idea to assume someone broke nonsense stuff as the one who can afford more than $200 can get an external mic as well but the question become is why should they, it's childish to assume and expect from someone to spend more even if they've got money. people can get settle with blackshark v2 pro which can eat logitech's mic for breakfast along with many other competitors. Without any specific reason It'll be a biased decision to go with logitech and no one should spend more even if they can as the company might take the customers for granted. So without any specific choice or requirement It'll be a good idea to avoid products which may lead customers to spend more and try to be more logical from next time. I'm a pc gamer but fyi console do sell more than pc market as the pc master race is filled with cracks and many unoptimized pirated copies

i have seen reviews that say the mic is absolute trash, what did you think of the mic Prawn?
I have Steelseries Nova Pro Wireless and this ProX 2 and i have to say that the Nova Pro Wireless have better audio in fps competitive games. The Logitech have so much bass and even if you put that on minimim steel kicks like crazy and that bads covers all other sounds like footsteps.

I have these and yes those are cool features. BUT... I would say it is not worth $250.
The sound quality is mid. On PC, the sample rate is 16 bit @ 44000hz. You can't change it.
The sound quality is ok when listening, it's not great. Because of this, I would pay closer to $150 rather than $250.
I should have gone with the Audeze Maxwells.. I knew Audeze know their audio. They make audiophile type headphones.

Keep in mind they are not audiophile headphones but „low latency“ gaming headphones.
I agree with your points, especially regarding the price…250 is just too much.
So if you want good audiophile headphones, choose something else, if you want good gaming headphones, buy other ones,but if you want a solid headphone for music AND gaming… well go with them I guess. (and of course only if they are on a discount)

this headset is perfect for the largest target group within gaming, you talk like an audiophile, very easy to spot you people. Guess it happens when you're one of many. What do you use a headset for? Music? Bet Spotify or youtube wont do for your fancy audio files

The mic is surprisingly good for the price, the ear cups are made from cloth. It's overall a very good headphone for less then 100 dollars.

Bought it and returned it the same day. The Mic is beyond horrible. Logitech G Pro X Wired is way better and is less than $100.

If ur pc gaming and worried about headset mics and u talk to friends and prefer clear audio youre better off buying a USB snow ball or blue yeti microphone from Logitech. Unless money is a problem

Honestly these are way overrated. For an extra $100 you might as well buy the arctic nova pro wireless. They have the same features as Logitech G pro x, but they are also Bluetooth, they come with their own mixer, and they 1 million times more comfortable. The Logitech feels like I’m getting strangled in the head while wearing them. Honestly not worth the price and super overrated. Bought them and returned them same day, ended up spending a little more to buy the nova pros and they are my daily headset, not just for gaming, and I bring them with everywhere, in the car, while listening to music, everywhere, and they are great.
The X 2 has bluetooth and the mixer comes with GHub

Logitech better for FPS games, can tell from high level CS perspective(just look what pro players use as well). I've had both and miss my nova pro's for the comfort and bluetooth dual connect. But they are not very durable in the earcup-head connection, mine broke from 1 floor drop (2 years old).
If you are competitive FPS gamer, logitech>steelseries.
