This game has a little something for everyone and that really makes you feel like remnant.

Bottom line: [This game is] punishing and grotesque, but exciting and beautiful all at the same time. Despite the occasional difficulty spikes and slightly disappointing gear system, the thrill of finally beating a boss that’s had your number for hours is unmatched.

The consistency in the way you describe products on the moist meter is incredible. I find myself being able to guess the scores just by how you talk about it

I play myself a game trying to guess the score as soon as possible. I usually get within +-5% after half the video

I so agree with you. I get the score correct most of the time just by listening to the way he describes things.
I do this to 90% of the time I nail it and I'm like hell yea... and then realize I'm alone and nobody cares

I'm never quite sure if Charlie only owns one shirt or if he has a closet packed full of nothing but white T shirts.

To be fair, at least doesn't need to worry about people seeing the cumstains on his shirt unless they have some kind of UV vision.

I’m glad you love the Darksider series. Truly underrated in my opinion.
Lol Darksiders 1 and 2 are in the top 10 Hack and slash action RPGs of all time. They also sold very well.

I give it a 9-10/10 just cause it’s an extremely fun game with replay value which is rare at that price. The amount of items that work so harmoniously together are amazing. Can build anything to compliment each other. I love this game. Also hard and nightmare modes are extremely fun. I hear they may add dlc so 🤞 heres to hoping.

Probably the best review I've seen for the game so far. Just a minor correction, this game is a sequel to the VR Rpg Chronos and the endgame plots relate to that heavily.
I see nothing wrong with the graphics. Good aesthetics and smooth frame rate are enough imo.
I have so much fun playing this game, I think people really need to give it a try. It's the perfect amount of challenging.
This is honestly my GOTY. I was astonished to find out it was procedurally generated and the game actually changes on different plays. It's art style fucking gorgeous too,not necessarily graphics, but it's art style is fully seen through. even if a few environments are just kinda "video game level", it's a fun and great replayble experience
Peas Doom Eternal is another contender. Although this game looks freakin great too

@@Peas3D Fair enough. Remnant is a solid 7/10 in my book. Doom (2016) was a 9/10, Doom eternal is looking like a step up on Doom (2016) so Doom eternal will likely be my goty

I think enemies have invulnerability frames also when they dodge, so if you think you missed or shot did not count, that might be the case.
I like the simplistic art style

I believe Gunfire Games was testing the reception of this style of gameplay, because they might have to make Darksiders 4 with Strife, and Strife is a Gunslinger, if that is the case, I think they're gonna make a good job, this game is so fun!

my experience with 3 different (near) playthroughs & the "random generation" was "this turn used to be a left, now its a right turn." and the occasional "this time around, I found THIS same dungeon first, and then THIS same dungeon second instead of vice versa". Great game tho
I took a look at this game last night and it looks pretty sweet, but the steam store’s description states you will be reclaiming territory for humanity, maybe the DLC drop would introduce something like a survival (survive for as long as you can) or perhaps a stage builder? I have yet to play it, and I definitely will keep on my radar, but I want to hear what you guys think it might be. It could just be referring to the goal in the narrative in a lofty manner though so I’m just guessing

I'll keep it a full buck. the aesthetic of this game is triple A quality. I play it on a high end PC and the textures and lighting are phenomenal. the aesthetic of this game is one of the biggest reasons I play it.

Its just like dark souls, i have tried it. There are good builds to have with the meele weapons that i did. Its still fun.

This game seems like a spin-off Darksiders game, but instead of playing as the four horsemen, you just play as an ordinary human trying to survive.
I got this game for free on PS plus and I played with my brother and uncle it was the best free game we ever experienced.
8/10 for a free experience and enjoyment

Pretty damn good DLC two new difficulty modes added After Nightmare mode was added in update and ... SCREW them modes waaay too difficult you need a really excellent, on point, multi tasking and mic squad for them difficulty modes. New area new bosses and yeah pretty damn fun DLC
Stephen Hilburge is the only one who knew the craby patty secret formula.
Actually the closest game you can compare this to is immortal unchained and I can safely say this game is definitely more fun but less challenging on normal difficulty and also has more replayability while as immortal unchained kinda doesn't have anything for you to do once you beat it
Exactly. I wanted to get Immortal Unchained but all the reviews didn't win me over, so I waited for this game, and I'm glad I did. I love this game, it's not my favorite but it's damn fun.
