    1 cup poha (flattened rice)
    1 onion, finely chopped
    1 green chili, finely chopped
    1 potato, diced 2 carrot chopped
    1/4 cup peanuts curry leafs
    1/4 teaspoon mustard seeds
    1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder 1/4 teaspoon red chilli powder
    1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
    1/2 teaspoon sugar
    Salt to taste
    1 tablespoon oil
    Lemon juice to taste
    Fresh coriander for garnish
