Dear Miguel, this video was another gem, the knot analogy is pure gold. I have rarely every been as profoundly grateful for anything as I am for your videos. Thank you! You basically single-handedly (together with Raelan and some others :)) saved me from hell. What a blessing.
Not quite a doctor, but I can confidently say that I know exactly how to help people get out of this! And glad these videos can be a sort of mind medicine to help people recover 😀
Dear Miquel, you helped me a lot with all your free content on youtube. To understand the cvs, to deal/look to adjustmentperiods, to relax and to make me stronger, i trust my recovery and have the patience for it now. Thank you soooo much!!! 🙏❤️🙏
Great to hear! You're so welcome, I know you've been following my channel for a while but more importantly it sounds like you have been applying what I teach to try and stay cool calm and collected in the midst of adjustment.'s. Keep it up!
Man I need that black jacket looks amazing 🔥🔥 Is crazy how some doctors are hidding information where they can help millions of people that are suffering for this illness. Everything has a solution but sometimes is not the solution we are looking for. We have to step out of our comfortable zone and be willing to listen and follow the methods that other's had recover from 🙌
I think it's not so much that the doctors are hiding information, I feel like most of them actually don't know what is happening with the body. CFS or a hyper sensitive nervous system is not something doctors typically study in school, or if they do then they only touch on it very briefly. They are trained to treat symptoms, but with CFS the symptoms can be disguised as so many other illnesses that doctors never really get to the root cause. Most people get lost in the medical system, luckily I'm a Doctor Who taught me exactly what I needed to do and what was going on, so now I have the privilege of bringing this information to people who need help! 😀
@@cfsrecovery Totally agree, I meant to say more like the system of society it need to be talk a lot more because a lot of this information can change many peoples life. This is something where people get's stuck and we don't know what's going on.
Absolutely! I think these issues will be talked about more and more as they will be too many people to ignore, it all starts with people like us sharing this knowledge and truly making a difference in the world! More and more people are coming out and sharing their stories 🔥🔥
We find your short talks the most manageable whilst dealing with brain fog. Would it be possible, in general, to slow down a little when you are speaking to help with mental processing, please?
Hi Nicole, no it was not. However this approach works for people who have EBV as well. There's quite a few people in the program who are seeing great results who do have active EBV in their system.
Is kinda sounds like your saying just knowing it’s your nervous system is enough to over time make them go away? Is that the basis? That hasn’t helped me at all unfortunately! 😣 but everyone is different. I wish it was enough for me.
Not just knowing but actually applying what I teach, and yes the change happens over time. I know your situation personally, and I know you're stuck in a loop of symptoms and pure negative emotion + the heavy medication has been throwing your nervous system off for a long time now.
@@cfsrecovery the medication helps overall. It isn’t a cause of what’s throwing off my system is the thing. I was crashing horribly each time i ate and the medication helped even though it crashed me some first when i first take it, it’s better than what i was living through without it. I could not watch tv or anything the suffering was so unbearable in all ways. At least now i can watch tv and it helps manage my emotions some. The problem isn’t the medication it’s that my system crashes from things that are not even exertion.
Always love to watch and follow your suggestions 💐.. I'm doing all the things you mentioned in all your videos. Miguel, would you please watch a little bit of my last video to let me know I'm recovering good way?? A few months ago you said to me i was in a descent shape in my recovery...... 💐💐💐 Hope you reply
It looks like you're moving around a lot and holding up a camera, even doing those things can be difficult for some people. It's great to see, so basically you're able to live your now and I'm guessing the only time you feel major symptoms is when you purposely expand activity or introduce exercise, which is completely normal. It looks like you're at that stage in recovery where you can live a normal basic life and you will continue to get better naturally, your body has shifted from fragile to anti-fragile. So in doing regular daily activities you were actually building up your threshold for stress, so honestly I would just keep doing what you're doing it looks like you're on the right track!
@@cfsrecovery First of all Thank you so much for your kind reply Miguel... 💐💐.....and yes yoyr every word is true. When i expand my activities or introduce an exercise i feel the symptoms fast heart beat, fatigue..but it went away within 12 hours. But i don't do any exercise because once you advised me "consider your daily activities as exercise".. I'm stick to this....... You know, a few months ago i couldn't do my tuition classes for more than 2 hours, but now by the grace of god and all of your videos I'm able to do all day work. Thank you so much again 😊❤️.... please continue making your videos.......
Is gut paralysis a symptom of this? It feels like anything I’ll eat will sit in my stomach for hours whether it’s (carbs, fat, protein) - admittedly protein is the worst though and I’ll feel dizzy and hungry for hours while my food just sits there. I’m just wondering if this is a CFS symptom or potentially something else. Thanks!
I would try Brain Rewiring, as nervous system involved in all body functions. If sympathetic nervous system is constantly running, the digestion will be affected, that's for sure.
Also I know theres a connection to mold with that particular symptom ( at least that's what my functional neurologist said) so all the basic detox tips like epsom salt baths, dry brushing, good sleep. Although brain retraining helps with detox massively too because your body needs to feel safe to most effectively clean up shop
@@mackenziefowler962 Thank you for the response! Did you also find that meat protein was the worst for this? I basically have a phobia of eating steak now. And it’s funny you mention mould, as I highly suspect my home has a mould problem and I’m trying to move this summer for that reason. This food sitting in my gut issue has been going on for quite awhile not though. I also wonder if my low ferritin could be to blame.
@@misselle6939 I would agree with you on the protein thing. when it was really bad for me I ate more soups and smoothies. what also helped was deep breathing, stretching out and even like massaging my stomach gently. I would avoid looking down deficiency rabbit holes unless something was really significant on basic blood tests. If you're also experiencing fatigue and all the other common cfs/pots symptoms it's most likely that you're in fight or flight which will stop digestion. I don't know what your story is but for me I started getting bad gastroparesis about a month before I fully crashed with bad POTS symptoms and ended up in the hospital for a week and I think I could have avoided that if I had stopped all activity (I was still pushing through fatigue to work at the time) and started meditating and getting more control over anxious thoughts.
