It's simple. There is no give and take when you eat animals. Fruits and vegetables have seeds. Vegetables can be transplanted and grown. Plants don't feel pain. It is part of mother natures plan for all humans to eat plants. Man has destroyed that balance when they built the damns which hold back the waters of life. Before zoos and farms animals were able to migrate and graze thus replanting the seeds they ingested. Their poop was the fertilize soil that once sustain the Plant-net. When man destroyed the garden and hunted the animals he created the survival of the fittest.
5:18 actually done with stone crabs in Florida USA. One claw is removed & the crab is thrown back and it grows another claw. It is able to survive with until the other grows back. The claws are considered a delicacy like lobster

yes this is also true for most lizards! however to sever a limb of a sentient being causes pain, and being 'able to survive' without a limb until it grows back wont justify the harm simply for our taste buds.. remember, chicken fetuses are also a delicacy, but it doesnt make it honourable you know? I eat only the weeds, fruits, barks, roots and greens from my back yard, no need for agriculture, the Earth provides these super foods everywhere, I've been living this way for years and have never felt better more energetic in my entire life and I've always tried to remain physically fit, over the past 10 years it has been so easy to maintain that level of fitness. Not to mention all the protein, nutrients, mineral's and healing power that comes from your everyday back yard weed. No one should be starving we've just been indoctrinated to think so. Weeds, trees, flowers, grass, and fruit are the essence of life!!!!!😀
