Hello. I apologize for my poor understanding of Sister of the Thorn in the last video, as you pointed out.
We are looking into running it again with Deepwood Staff in the near future. In the meantime, thanks again for watching :)
Poor understanding? Dude the class was out 1 day or so don't sweat it lol! Also, few people have a *better* understanding than you of the mechanics this game has, so if someone has criticisms they can upload a video of them doing better ;)
thanks so much for the back to back videos on the two different weapons. sister of the thorn initially felt very complex to me and your perspectives have really helped me improve!
I've opened hundreds of vaults as Kerillian, but I still haven't gotten red dual swords.

I understand your pain xD I hunted my last skin for 2h axe for Bardin like when i was 1k+ hours in this game. But you know those skinns dont add anything but still nice to have them all x] IMO they should add something for having diffrent "skin" like small buffs from having one or another like 1% stacking on hit or kill to like max 4-5% atack speed or dmg for having this skin on a weapon or something alike to make people try diffrent adds for geting those "sweet spots" ...but kidna now it is a lot to late to do those things in V2[not worth time]... mayby in V3 ;)
@@BloodM3ss Do either of you have advice for someone that is level 20 on each character but can't decide where to go from here or how to get better gear? I just have a few orange weapons for each of the 5 and Im not sure what to do now besides do Champion Quickplay.
Damn. Dual swords was my first two Kerillian Reds. I'm still hunting daggers.
@@HyphaeHighway As soon as the power level of all your gear is 300, I would start making the transition to legend. Even if you don't get any books in your first dozen runs, it'll still be worth it. It'll be hard to start, but once you get your movement and timing down, everything else will follow

Doing this without Saltzpyre constantly jumping in front of your shots is awesome to see. (Fatshark really SHOULD write code in that disables bots from running in front of the player while you're using ranged weapons!)

This weapon combo looks really fun! Do you think the javelin melee attacks are worth using? They look extremely niche/risky but very fun to use
Not being able to block definitely makes it dangerous, especially if you're doing it true solo, but the single target damage you can get is absolutely insane
its great against single elites or bosses.
before the nerf you could ult 2 times and kill any boss in 10 seconds with the melee of the jav

Damn that ammo regeneration with the brairthorn spear is absolutely amazing. Another fantastic video. Is dual swords generally the best melee weapon for this career or what?
sword and dagger is pretty much the best weapon for all her careers :)

Choco excels with any weapon and seems to like to mix it up. I think they chose swords for cleave to better show off spears armor and elite stopping powers. For me personally sword and dagger is best. It combines the wide sweeps off the swords and the second heavy is a stab good for armor.

I was wondering how many attempts on average it takes to beat a true solo I have yet to complete one but I think it's gonna be a lot of trial and error before I get it.
it took me easily 50 attempts or more to make it through it on champion so it takes some time but you will get there. And you will get so much better on the way its crazy

Wouldn't Konservative Shooter be a more reliable way to restore ammu ition than scrounger for the Javelin?
You get guaranteed crits with morai-heg doomsight. So critting with this class is more consistent than headshotting which depends entirely on you
@@kahnTM Well, 3 crit whenever someone F's is not what i would call consistent and it only would give you Back 1 Javelin anyways. Even less abilities are obviously used in solo, plus Choco has a different talent active here anyways

How you return spears?
Hold the reload button, I like to play with a controller so for me it's square.
It functions much then same as Bardin's rune throwing axes, you hold reload, ammo comes back

Some people say Blair spear is as bad as throwing axes but imo it is pretty damn good on waystalker.
yeah much better than moonlight bow IMO ,as you are not restricted to w8 becouse bar is empty but rather when you dont R'eload. Btw kinda disapointing he isn't using ammo back on HS ;D kinda slower velocity than any bow but still v.good at piercing things up^

It has breakpoint for sv on legendary difficulty, spear 10% skaven 10% armor, 10% skaven on trinket + 15 lvl power talent. But i find it boring, staff is so much more fun
@@andrewc.4279 I kinda one shoot them on L with 10% armor & 10 skaven... kinda ussles tho as if there is only 1-3 then theyr as good as dead. I mostly aim for HS for ammo back no nead for breakpoint on L ... it's more important for onslaught & Cata build's but kinda usefulll if somoene is "lazy" & dont want to properly aim^.
Briar Javelin is absolutely amazing even with 5% crit chance and 10% Skaven. Can 1 hit any specialties, if you have Hunter traits and crit ability, you can burst 2 ultimates and melt down the boss very quickly.
