    A nice control for this experiment would be comparing these results to your sister's freshly washed/styled hair without the new product. That way we know any difference is due to the new product(s) rather than just the results of freshly washed and styled hair. The current comparison might lead to over-promising results. Next time you could try having the before being clean/fresh hair, although that is a lot of work. Just a thought!

    Your sister is adorable!! This is a really good idea....bringing on a "science experiment" for us to see. I started my hair journey about 3 years ago when I stopped coloring it (it was turning gummy when I would wash it and costing a small fortune). So I embraced my grays/whites and haven't looked back. I actually get more compliments now. I still have a ton a breakage so I'm excited to see how this works. Oh and thanks for reminding us that the process takes time....I'm impatient and need this reminder A LOT!! 🙂

I just took 11" off and so it's a lot better looking, but the highlights definitely have taken a big toll. Very cute video too... I enjoyed it.

    I just want to share that I finally splurged on k18, and I have now used it twice on my hair extensions and OMG I am blown awaaaaaay by how much it has reduced breakage. I have always just figured it was how extensions are, and that that is why I need to buy new ones every year or so because they just break constantly when you brush my counter would be littered with tiny pieces and get shorter and shorter, but now I am wondering if k18 is going to save me some serious money… Along with all of the other tips and tricks I’m picking up from Abbey. • @Madamchief
      @Madamchief 2 года назад +1

      Technically, there are only 2 types of hair bonds to repair/build: hydrogen and sulfur.
      Hydrogen bonds are broken/repaired everytime your hair gets wet and dries.
      Sulfur bonds are part of the actual protein structure of your hair and are broken by chemical damage, not water.
      Both products are claiming to "repair" sulfur bonds for results to be lasting

    • @Unholy-lady
      @Unholy-lady 2 года назад

      @@Madamchief thank you for this! That makes sense. So there no difference between a bond “building” product and a bond “repair” product?

    • @Madamchief
      @Madamchief 2 года назад

      @@Unholy-lady no that makes any chemical sense 🤷‍♀️ the bonds are either broken or unbroken. The more broken bonds, the more likely the hair is to snap off

    I never thought of doing a hair turban that way. I always lean over upside down and put the big side at the back of my head and then let me hair hang into the pointy tip. Then twist and fix to the loop at the back.

      The opposite way works too 👍 it's a little easier to get it to stay too when you don't have long, heavy hair to wrap

    First, thanks for the video! It's so nice to see you two together - cuteness overload :D
    From watching your videos I know you're using both K18 and Epres. Could you explain why don't you stick with only one of them? Or if you managed to see the difference they have, what is it. I want to start some bond repair treatment, but can't pick between K18 and Epres. My hair is not very damaged, not bleached, not dyed, but it's breaking very easily and has split ends.
