Cary, a 10.98 average is actually insane, I started cubing around 8 or 9 months ago and my best 3x3 time is 26 seconds, but I've never measured my average. Still though, its impressive that cubers can achieve so much.
Honestly, your F2L isn't bad at all. I think LL training is all you need. You were consistently getting 6-7 F2L so if you can get a 3 second last layer you'll be set
Yeah, Rewatching my solves, I agree! I noticed for PLL I often would do U3 to recognize the case, making PLL alone take nearly 3 seconds. So I may put 2-sided PLL recognition on my todo list!
