- Howdy pardners and welcome to my May reading wrap up! I had a month long black out and read 28 books in 31 days which is one of my best reading months to date. I'd like to personally thank the library for helping me achieve this goal and for hooking it up and w/ all the new releases 🥳

When you showed Ninth House, I thought you were going to say it wasn't for you. That books seems to be polarizing-love or hate and not inbetween. I have a copy, but haven't read it yet.
Blooms seems to be this month's book. This is not the first I've heard of it.
I pre-ordered Heaven Breaker and then didn't get it because the way it is talked about comes across as something for sci-fi aficionados and might be too much for those who aren't regular sci-fi readers. It does sound interesting and the book is beautiful.
I think Heavenbreaker is going to be a hit or miss for folks. I absolutely loved it, but a friend of mine thought it was mid. You must read Ninth House only because Hell Bent was even better!!
