You should have a part 2 detailing high 4 pins and flush 7 pins hit this video was a good explanation of proper ball angle and the 6 pins job on the 10 pin
Huge info! Mandatory review at the minimum three times. So critical that it is essential for 100% comprehension. The flat 10 is an epidemic phenomenon that causes universal hardship. Yet, despite the pain 85% of recreational bowlers are ignorant about the pathology of flat 10 pin deck dynamics. What 😮 you missed it? Stop, drop, and roll. Low ball energy. Move left to enable the ball to skid further down lane to retain ball rotation momentum. Or select a bowling ball that has a pearl coverstock. Big standing ovation to Radical Bowling.
Thanks for this info. New to bowling but know that flat ten n wrap ten meant u needed to change something just never knew what. Thanks for clearing this up.
Thank you for that excellent explanation of what to do with the different 10 pin outcomes. What is the adjustment (if any) for a ball that deflects right and doesn't exit the pin deck splitting the 8-9?
Ball is burning up too soon. Move feet to the left to get into more oil so the ball stores energy longer and continues through the pins properly. Or as he stated in the video ball down and stay in the same spot.
Got a topic for you Sir. I am being told at my shop that you can have 2 different PAPs depending on if you throw Sym vs Asym. Something you have ever heard of?
I always like seeing the pins just push back. I’m unhappy when I catch a 10 off the wall and assume something is wrong. ? Is it actually supposed to be catching the 10 off the wall? Why can’t I just hit the wrack where they all push back
I understand this and it's great info. Unfortunately the lane oil machine at my Bowlero is junk. You don't get any good or consistent conditions to work with.
I’m just getting back into bowling after decades and I was just a casual bowler in my youth, so I don’t understand half of the terms or slang used here. Where is the dictionary for bowling words, so I can make sense of many videos like this one?
Bowling Beyond the Basics is a great book that explains why you *actually* leave corner pins. It's simple: If you don't hit the head pin at the 17.5 board, you aren't maximizing your strike potential.
@@SuterBowling that’s super laughable haha the author of that book doesn’t know where the pins are on the pin deck apparently haha 17.5 would put you on the right most (or left most) side of the 1 pin. Try striking at the 17.5 board from 1 ft in front of the pins and let me know how that goes lol
@@runnerboy6886 I mean, if you're dumb enough to think that a bowling ball is the width of a board on the lane, sure. The ball hitting the headpin at the 17.5 board means that the center of the ball is ON that point when the ball hits the pin. Since a bowling ball is not an inch wide like you think it is, the ball actually covers about 75% of the headpin when you look at it straight on in a still frame. But hey, if you want to bowl with a ball that's 1 inch in diameter, go ahead.

@@Mote78 no i don’t think so I leave sime single pins on the left easy pickups I’m not hitting high flush I’m hitting at the proper angle. Your assuming a straight push is high it’s not I see high angle bowlers leave 10 pins 70% of the time coming in big angle where ever. It’s extremely rare for me to split Maby once in 4-5 games it’s rare for me to go through the nose I actually hit more light ticklers. Who knows but I’m not gambling on a pin bouncing off the wall if it does so it’s wrong.
My man's out here improving averages and knowledge. Not enough people provide this kind of analysis. Much appreciated 🙏
Love watching your videos. I sometimes forget how important it is to keep watching my ball, the whole time.
Always great to hear someone explain this! Watching the ball and pin action will tip you off on staying ahead of the move. Awesome video and topic!
Finally getting an explaination of terms I’ve been hearing.
Thank you!
Excellent information! I will use tonight! Thank you!

Big standing ovation to Radical Bowling.
Thank you Phil. I needed the reminder to watch the ball off the deck.
Thanks, appreciate the clear explanation.
Amazing and informative video! Thank you!
Thanks for that information!!
Outstanding video! And thank you for explaining some terminology I didn't really fully understand.
Thanks!

This is information I learned bowling in college and have since forgotten. I appreciate the refresher.
thank you for explaining this outstanding
Thank you, thank you, thank you. You just decoded one big mystery for me!
Definately will be paying attention to the 10 pin at league tomorrow. I leave alot of them!
I'll try to pay more attention tomorrow night and try these moves if needed
Great video Phil!
Thank you, I appreciate your explanation.
Could you possibly explain the difference in ball reaction of lane shine versus polish?
Very good info.
Good information!! Thank you.
Great summary! Some very helpful things to look for and how to react to improve carry and strike percentage.
Cool tech bowling radical Phil

OMG useful info

If you throw them the same I don’t see how that’s possible.

How can you tell if a ball is strong or weak? I'm very new to this.
I understand this and it's great info. Unfortunately the lane oil machine at my Bowlero is junk. You don't get any good or consistent conditions to work with.
Could you do a diagram showing the difference between entry angle and impact angle please? Honestly, i don't understand the difference
Same here.
Can u do a segment please on bowling defense and offense
Tell us more about the swishy and light hit….myself, a swishy is rare while I watch others live by it at times. Why so? Thanks for the great info
Sometimes it seems I have fewer ten pins and fewer splits with swish strikes than when I’m trying for flush strikes.
Good advice though haha he ain’t lying

If you understand this video, you will average 200+ easily.
Yup
I understand and am a lefty! Time to up the average. Great video.
Why do twister pins carry so poorly. Lots of corners, 9s and 8s.
Miss mo this guy is the mark suckaberg of radical

Uh uh uh
I think the only correct thing that was said is to watch your ball. The rest of it was ball manufacturers jargon and misinformation. Yikes.

Do you pick the angle of entry from one foot away or does the person rolling the ball? $$$$
What exactly was wrong and misinformation in your opinion?

You’re striving for perfection which is great. But there’s very little room for error between a high flush and a split.
