Thanks Jesse! It's a super dynamite tune! I keep recommending this to my metal head students purely because it's a great insight into Phyrgian Dominant 7 and Diminished substitutions

Great performance thanks for posting When I read that you living in Victoria I thought great maybe I can see you performance somewhere close to home but no my home is close to victoria bc canada. sad sack me. thanks for posting again
Hey Chris, Good question. Naturally Wes used 3 string groupings with so much of his phrasing in order to be practically and physically possible with his right hand thumb technique. Are you referring to the Eflat Major 7 run in the b section? Technically you could sweep it or hammer-on from D to Eflat in order to preserve the down stroke for the entire arpeggio. Continuously speaking, Wes Montgomery's phrasing is so palatable and interpretable that you can adapt his "phraseology" to fit in with your own stylistic technique and recycle this to fit in with your own improvisational vocabulary without labouring over the semantics of how he sets up his pick stroke direction or how to navigate his arpeggio based passages. Hope this makes sense 🙏🙂🎸🎶 I've adapted alot of Wes Montgomery's Dorian approaches when I am soloing in stagnant minor 7 chord funk grooves. His lines are prodigal and so genius that they adapt to any setting providing you are retrofitting them to the appropriate chord degrees etc
@@henriquemadronos3643 Hi Henrique, Sorry for the late reply, this is the original song, most of the videos either contain the original recording panned right, or I used Band in a Box to generate my own. There were a handful that I purchased online, but it's been a while and if have to remember what the websites where. Hope this helps!

Hi, great performance 👍. Please, if it possible can You tell me where may I get the backing track? Thanks...
I have made the same question but I didn't receive any answer. Have you discovered where we could find backing tracks like that?
He simply played along the Recording, wich is shown in the beginning of the Video
