the only thing better than the dish was the wonderfull blessing you prayed. even though the video was filmed earlier i prayed with you , and i felt exited about the holy spirit in my life, as i have just recently just days ago examined my personal walk with the Lord, and found that a bad day in Gods love thru Christ is better than a good day wthout understanding the true power of Gods love. i look so forward to trying the recipie, sharing it with family and friends!

I use pork neck bones to make bone broth that I drink for health benefits daily. I love the flavor it adds to either chicken or beef broth. I also have trouble keeping on weight and I like the fat from it. My husband doesn't eat pork but I am from Iowa and its all about the pig with us. Well tonight I wanted to cook them for myself as a meal. I love you your recipes and I have never cooked neck bones as a meal but I new you would teach me how to clean them! I am so excited. I only shave about 1.75lbsbut that is enough foe me! I was also gonna cook them in my pressure cooker but I just got a new stove that has convection cooking. So your recipe is my very 1st meal cooked in my dream oven!!! So hungry, its gonna be hard to wait but thank you so much!!

I love this video personally I opt for cooking with more fresh or seasonings. I don’t use powdered seasonings as much other than what’s really necessary, but your cooking technique is perfect. It’s beautiful. You taught me stuff. I didn’t know you’re better than a chef. You’re like all put together we don’t need, your people from the heart and that’s a beautiful thing. I am such a big fan now I love your videos and I know this is a few years old, but I can listen to you all day and when you were cooking, I felt like actually I feel like I almost smelly so yes, thank you for your contribution.

Good morning (literally, Ms. Lady, you serve all of us so well, but we need you to take care of yourself. Go get some sleep and get some antihistamines for those sneezing and allergy symptoms. We need you! 😘)
I have a good question for you. I have never used Adobo. What is it, and what kind of flavor does it give? If you manage to do your live chat tomorrow (or whenever you manage to get to feeling better) you can discuss the Adobo.
You know that I love all of your recipes and videos, I think we all wouldn't mind if you needed a few days rest so that you can come back well rested and ready to cure all of our "What's for Supper woes". Take a few days! Tell your husband to run out and buy you some dinner so you don't have to cook. You take such good care of him, I bet he would be more than happy to take care of you. Heck, if the back rubs were any indication, he'll be running out the door
    Feel better soon!

Gina, thank you sooo much for sharing your recipes. I would encourage you to please include the approximate weight of the meat you list in your written recipes. In videos, it is almost impossible to duplicate without knowing that information. I noticed that that info was missing when I watched your fabulous recipe for oxtails.
I sincerely hope you will be feeling well soon! Amy in Silver Spring, Maryland

Hi Gina. I wish I had watched your video BEFORE I made neckbones yesterday. Yours look DELICIOUS. Sounds like you (and me) have seasonal allergies. I use North American Oil of Oregano. Google it.
