As a fellow vacuum cleaner repair technician, I’ve noticed this dual cyclone setup separates dust much better than previous TTI dual cyclone designs likely due to the aluminum cyclone shroud. It’s much better at keeping the pre motor filter clean than the old Elite Rewind my dad has for sure.
I got this hoover at target a few days ago and I really like it so far, the brush roller is Chevron style and the attachments are different but otherwise it's the same as this one, for the price it's a pretty decent machine 😎
Hello, I don't know if you can help me but my vacuum cleaner doesn't move the brushes and when I turned it on a little smoke came out and it stank of burnt what do you recommend I do?
If you have the Hoover Maxlife Elite w/HEPA filter vacuum and model number UH75110 file a complaint with the FTC. This model number has a factory defect! The height adjustment dial does not work. It doesn't change the height of vacuum at all. Hoover knows this and refuses to do ANYTHING.
@@PerformanceReviews maybe defective. I know Hoover refuses to do anything about it. I've had to send video of the adjustment dial not working and receipt of purchase and still nothing
I know you like bagged Hoover vacs, but I haven't seen you mention or review the Hoover Hushtone. I assume it is based on the T series. Any opinion on it?
Retractable cords are really only going to be found on high-end canister vacuums. Yes there have been some uprights in the past that have them but they are no more.
@@PerformanceReviews Sorry, but I'm an old lazy-ass who refuses to mess with unraveling & winding up vacuum cleaner AC cords. 😄 Hoover WindTunnel 2 model UH71250 has a retractable cord and sells for $129.99

Sounds like you need a new belt! Take it to your local vacuum store or (if you're a DIY type) buy the correct one online and fit it yourself! It's not a very complicated job, and can be done in under 5 minutes :)
Bagged is better

@@charlesrodriguez7984 Bagless is absolute trash****
It would be funny if hoover made a bagged version
@@FrenchFryCheese04 hoover does have bagged vacuums..
I like both 😛
@@sprockkets I only like the best, liking everything is bloat.
I just bought my hoover vacuum. I'm so excited, It was so easy to assemble, and it came with an extra filter.

The Hoover commercial line is the best. The T-series bagged is the best non-commercial vacuum.
💯
Hate my hoover dual power max shampooer belt breaks all the time. But I do love the hoover power performance max pet
Interesting brush roll...reminds me of the old Elites
I have the hoover windtunnel high performance pet 3 pro it is ok
I think these Hoover’s are pretty cool
Thank you for this! this thing is impossible to assemble
Awesome review thank you so much! I just purchased the Power Drive XL
This is just the unboxing in first look I would highly recommend you watch the review here:

Apparently, the nozzle guard that holds the brush roller fell off or it was never installed. Any link to one? Can't seem to locate it online
Can you do a review on the Hoover complete performance advanced bagged upright vacuum?
Send me one
Looks nice besides being Bagless

Yikes- how do I get handle back out, once snapped into place? Thank you :)

Sounds like either you got a defective machine or you haven't put the machine in the down position to see the adjustment work.

WTH
Better than the bissell powerlifter swivel
Thank you
Thanx for sharing video
Is this lightweight? Looking for vacuum cleaner to use on my stairs. I have a lot of them so I don’t want anything heavy

nvm you made a passing comment in your tempo video
Is there a video where it shows how to change the belt???
This repair video should help you with that.

I'm gonna say like my Dyson, It doesn't stay upright very well. I would rather have a release button at your feet.
Does not have a retractable cord. Deal breaker for me. Excellent review, though

You skipped putting the dirt bag/cyclone/filter assembly on. Mine won't go on.
This is a bagless vacuum there is no bag .
@@PerformanceReviews sorry. The dirt container. The assembly that includes the dirt container will not go on
Mine is missing the button lock on the handle so it doesn’t lock in smh
Sounds like something you should contact Hoover about
Can you turn off the roller to just use the tool?
That's covered in detail here:

What vacuum belt is needed to replace it?
I just bought one..bissell sucks
Bissel is better not hoover
If that makes you feel better.
