Some of these videos made me realise that this is the same thing that can be used anywhere. I use it to close deals on contractor deals for people building their homes. It’s not about being robotic and just telling them what they want to hear to feel good. You have to tell them as it is also but do it in a way that makes them feel safe to have you help build their home. For example - problems that may occur during the build but you already have the solution. Remember ‘help them’ it’s not all about you when it’s their home you’re building. It’s always ‘their home’ and not house. It’s literally a word game of chess. Be the king with all the right pieces around you to succeed because a king alone isn’t untouchable.
