I have spent a lot of time watching these videos and training at home. Well, last Saturday I had a market where I tried to make a connection with people as Andy says. The downside to doing this as a woman was that I got harassed by a guy who took my "trying to make a connection" as an invitation to make inappropriate comments about wanting to kiss me and do other things all while touching himself. That didn't go as planned. After this, I was totally blocked and couldn't talk to anyone anymore...at all. I will now spend the time before my next market to overcome this experience and try to get into the right mindset again. Things men don't have to worry about when selling...

That works good in a training environment, but if I were the potential customer, I would not go for the "Tell me Yes or No" stuff. Just a thought. But you are a killer closer for sure.

As a customer when I say "I need to think about it", that's your cue as the salesman to back off and give some breathing room. Otherwise, I'll walk.
