Awesome job, keep it up! Rooting for you! The first month was so hard. I had to move, relocate completely. I could never work in hospitality. Almost got 3 years, myself. You look much better than I did when I almost died!

Wow incredible...you really had to make a transition. Proud of you 👏 would love to hear the story on how you almost died! My goal is to learn how to have a casual / occasional relationship with the drinks...maybe per occasion.. but that's what everyone says I'm sure? 😆 thanks for commenting my friend

I always got hung over super easy. For most of my life, I had a few drinks one day a week. I started having some stomach problems and decided to stomp drinking to see if that was the cause. More and more time past, and when I realized I had hit a year, I just didn’t want to end my streak. It’s been about 2 1/2 years now, and I no longer even see a point to drinking. Alcohol cannot give me anything I don’t already have.

That's an awesome story! Thank you for sharing...and you're right, it can't give you anything you don't already have. It is simply an escape.

Alcohol is a poison, plain and simple. Stop wasting your life and money on it, benefiting only the alcohol lobbyists. Alcohol should be banned from supermarkets and stores, but it won't happen because of the powerful influence of money. Keep the hard work on.
