    Another good video - I like this idea of using 2 balls for Forward/Deep targets respectively.

    I especially love the exercise in 9:18, will have to try it!!! And I know it's completely irrelevant, but I have the same shoes :). Great video, keep it up!

      Glad you liked it! I had wanted to make the ducking counter attack deeper but I had a fall hiking the day before and my back and knee were fighting it. Let me know how the exercise goes when you try it. As for the shoes, I love them and was sad to hear they've discontinued the line... I've ripped the seem on both side of the left shoe so their days are numbered, replacements are on the way, though :-)
