I'm switching jobs because transphobic coworkers+ bosses pretending to be allies but just sweeping it under the rug because the other person was more Important(tm) made for a hostile workplace. I was really considering going back in the closet for my new job just to see if that would make life a bit easier. Seeing this today has made me throw that idea in the trash.
