I feel Hyundai Alcazar is better if you are looking for a 5 seater with bigger boot space with occasional 3rd row usage.
Alcazar has better design and features in the facelift and looks premium.
Bigger sunroof, ADAS are few things missing in carens.

Yes, it has 6 str DCT and 7 str DCT in models including X-Line and Luxury Plus, but the Prestige plus gets only the 7 str option.
