i feel hyundai/Kia should launch the strong-hybrid engine option for models like the creta, seltos, carens and alcazar, this would then make it a complete package... Just my opinion..
i would go for Alcazar .... i will get moonroof , 18 inch Alloy, front sensing camera, ventilated seats, wireless charging in second seat with Armrest nd electronically adjusted driver seats
Also, 18 inch alloy wheels look cool but reduces the ride quality. The Carens has a smoother ride quality. The 360 camera is useful, no doubt. But the moon roof is just a gimmick since I hardly get a chance to open the Carens sunroof in the Delhi heat, forget about opening the moon roof. Having the AC vents on the roof is a much better feature. Wireless charging for the second row doesn't make any sense since the passengers usually want to use the phone which means the phone will be in their hands. So they'll anyway have to use wired charging. The electrically adjustable seat is partially useful but it doesn't have memory function so it doesn't remember the adjustment settings.
All the features mentioned by you are already there in Kia, plus alcazar is a little more pricey and I felt the petrol version is a little better in driving when I tried them.
The only problem with Carens is that they are not using advanced features. 16inches in such a big car (top model deserves 17 inchers), no electronic driver seat adjustment, no panoramic sunroof for this price point, 2 way fully automatic climate control. So it is somewhere not so much value for money It has some upside features like ventilated seats, fully digital MID, best boot space.

Baaki agar mileage dekhke car khareedi jaati aaj k time me to Creta kabhi bhi top 5 selling cars me nahi aati. Average abb khaas matter nahi karti, class aur features bhi chahiye logo ko

I considered Alcazar too but the third row of Alcazar is unusable.
