I enjoy your videos and the recipes too. However, I'm American so we don't work on the metric system. It's just a bit more tedious to convert the recipes but I want to give the oats a try.
Since I've been fasting for the last two and a half years, I don't eat and can't eat as much. I find I crave a piece of grilled chicken, fish, or beef with a large salad with as many colors as I can put into it. It saves a lot on groceries.

We weren't close, we had issues when I was growing up, but I forgave him, yet it still hurts anyway. I was actually really looking forward to your next video because I just needed some good vibes, some positivity, and all your videos are filled with exactly that. I watched your first video recently, and there's just such beautiful vibes there, especially the moment you caught of the cute happy ducks, really warms my heart, and your beautiful smile too ❤️
I really like how you innovate great recipes using healthy and qualitative ingredients and technically at the reach of everyone. 😃 Recipe 1: Blueberries is a super food for detox, oat is free of refined sugar and banana is the best to give you a boost of energy after a long night. I will definitely try this one, I think it will really taste good with the acidity of the fruits that will balance well with milk and oatmeal. Almond milk might give a better task cause the cinnamon topping will sweeten the mixture. Banana might be sweet enough to compensate 😊 I think oatmeal brings a great texture with the as well. Please do not microvave without any protection screen , you better avoid the radiation 😄 Lunch: Just love the blend of veggie, you really know what you are doing to make it look better 😊. Dinner: Love it too as a broccoli fan, I will give it a try. Great job!

The sheer artistic talent you have is nothing short of extraordinary…Holly this why I voted for a cooking video….not only did I get the most relaxing atmosphere of watching you cook but the joy you have when making food….seeing you laughing and smiling and giggling is one of the most beautiful sights a person can experience….& you know I have to say it ❤️ Holly you look fabulous in the outfit’s you chose for the video but I did notice something I wasn’t too happy about….your beautiful video doesn’t have any sponsors…. Holly I remember a time when I thought how nice it would be to live by the water here in Florida…wow how ideas we have can really change…..this last Thursday what started as a tropical storm turned into a category 4 hurricane and just the tremendous storm surge let alone the 130 mph winds beat the crap out of Florida and parts of Georgia and North Carolina ….I was at the grocery store this morning and I over heard a lady saying her daughter lost everything from the storm surge….well if you ever wonder why I love your personality so much this is why….there’s enough problems in the world and enough sadness everywhere people need a person like you that brightens up the day and reminds us that things will get better….just wanted to share this with you and remind you that your my hero and I’m very proud of you…
It all looked very tasty. I will not try the breakfast but the other two meals are definitely on my list to make in future weeks. Thanks for the recipes and the video.
Oh I feel such shame when I go into my fridge and reach for the jar of garlic paste when I see you chopping fresh garlic for your lunch. That recipe DOES look fabulous though! Actually…. That porridge looked amazing too!
