Artemisia absinthium (absinthe, absinthium, absinthe wormwood, wormwood) is a species of Artemisia, native to temperate regions of Eurasia and Northern Africa and widely naturalized in Canada and the northern United States. It is grown as an ornamental plant and is used as an ingredient in the spirit absinthe as well as some other alcoholic drinks. Artemisia absinthium is a herbaceous, perennial plant with fibrous roots. The stems are straight, growing to 0.8-1.2 metres (2 ft 7 in-3 ft 11 in) (rarely 1.5 m, but, sometimes even larger) tall, grooved, branched, and silvery-green. The leaves are spirally arranged, greenish-grey above and white below, covered with silky silvery-white trichomes, and bearing minute oil-producing glands; the basal leaves are up to 25 cm long, bipinnate to tripinnate with long petioles, with the cauline leaves (those on the stem) smaller, 5-10 cm long, less divided, and with short petioles; the uppermost leaves can be both simple and sessile (without a petiole). Its flowers are pale yellow, tubular, and clustered in spherical bent-down heads

This plant is loved in Morocco and I'll tell you why.

Hi there, have you got a recipe for the tea? I made wormwood tea a couple of weeks a go just for the experience, I drank the whole cup but its definitely something I won't be doing again any time soon, very astringent!!! Anyway, I would love to try your tea but need the right ratios. Thanks.

      Hi
      In a cup or glass.
      Fresh mint.
      Green tea. Half a teaspon.
Small amount of wormwood. Just enough to add flavour to the tea.
Sugar to sweeten. Perhaps a small teaspoon. That's how I make it.

I tried some, with traditional Moroccan tea glass, my friend was pouring the tea from 1,5 meters high to glass xD
It is like lavander to sensation but taste is different and unique.
I believe they call it Schiwa in Morocco..
Glass looks like Turkish Rakı glass, which I found interesting as a common culture.

I did not know that because I keep mine in a container and I am mostly cutting it down because I am giving to people or self use mostly! Thank you soo much ! Indeed these are very good to spit out worms and parasites the most bitter ones usually are very good for the stomach and intestine. You can also make tincture with it or strong concentrated tea with other herbs like mint garlic anise turmeric ginger and strong bitter other ones even thyme and sage can be good for that. You can use 1 tbsp a day for two weeks or a month between new moon until full moon and restart because parasites procreate and they will lay out their eggs at crecent-full moon cycle they will hatch and turn into new worms. Soo it is a good idea to get them out both cycles, this way both their parents and their baby eggs will be affected. You can do this in transitions of season betwren fall or spring, whenever the plants are avaiable dried or fresh can do it. You have to drink water and also close your mouth and not ingest ant food between night hour sleep to early morning and exclusively drinking the potion/tea.It will harsh and harm the parasites very effective. They suffer when there ia no foos coming in especially while we are sleep and early morning and if you get the plants in your body that is the correct time to get them the most.
Thank you soo much ! Your videos are very instructive, many RUclipsrs do not show it close about the plants and herbs like this !

True story happening today. My wife wakes up this morning puking her guts out. I thought, oh no, what does she have? Wanted to make sure she didn't have food poisoning, but we ruled that out. Finely today at 4pm she is over the hump. Then we said, for her and I's closeness, how am I showing very little to NO symptoms? She finds out, her niece and son had the flu last week and she was around them for several days.
2 weeks ago I started sweet wormwood pills. I am on it for 1 more week (I am doing a 3 week regiment and then off). When I started it, my 1st few days I said oh oh, not sure I can handle this. It was intesinal cramps, but no diarrhea. I did not want to cut my time short, if it was actually cleaning my intestines out. After a couple days, it went away and now I am normal.
Anyways, I am on the wormwood and we believe it kept me from getting her nasty flu....

Try eBay. If there aren’t any currently for sale, save the search and you till get a notification as soon as someone lists them for sale.
I recently bought Moringa “miracle tree” seeds on eBay when I couldn’t find it anywhere else.

Yes, to a point. No more than 6 weeks (which I do 3 weeks) and do not take to much. My 430mg pills say 1 a day. I did 1 pill a day for a week. I bumped it up to 2 a day, for another week, then I dropped it down to 1 pill a day for 1 final week.

I read it's classified as an unsafe herb by the FDA, however wormwood can still be sold in America if the toxic chemical Thujone is removed from the supliment. Considering this maybe you should look at an American seller and see what they say about long-term use.
