    After completing today's session I feel that I can do those asanas which I never think that I can do and also my strength and flexibility increased and I am loving yoga much more ❤. Thank you mam for your guidance

    I have migraine problem, each month in those days and it was worsening . But to my surprise this month there is no migraine. I was eating soaked methi dana and practicing yoga. This worked wonders, thank you Preeti💖

    Today's session was amazing. Aasanas are quite different but I enjoyed doing them.

    Day28 session complete ...nice session ...my legs feel lighter but during session shivring my both legs but.

    Day 28 done 🤩
    While doing today's practice I have done almost all the asanas. There was intense stretch in my legs but I convinced myself and completed all the postures.
    At the end of everyday's practice it feels like my brain is in reboot mode,
    Frequency of thoughts reduces.
    Its like a new beginning 😍😘
