Day 28 done 🤩 While doing today's practice I have done almost all the asanas. There was intense stretch in my legs but I convinced myself and completed all the postures. At the end of everyday's practice it feels like my brain is in reboot mode, Frequency of thoughts reduces. Its like a new beginning 😍😘 Thanks 🙏🙏🙏
