I mixed it with hard boiled eggs 🥚 and little bit of mustard. It tasted like tuna egg salad. Not bad It was the first try. I would eat it again. 👍🏻

I keep 2"x2" cubed beef belly in a zip bag in the freezer. When I cook in the slow cooker, I add a few cubes to meat that's on the lean side. It adds flavor and makes good meat broth.

I'm glad you mentioned the cleaning of the airfryer grill, because it's sure a hot topic. except I did not hear you mention cleaning of the inside upper hood & element areas. I think that is by far the toughest area to deal with for most people. I say this because there does not appear to be any dark build up on yours~ which is really uncommon. Most airfryer inside hoods are covered in a hardened, blackish brown mess~ no matter what's tried. So If you do something additional up there- scotch brite pad, Barkeeper's Friend, etc.... sandblasting maybe? =) ~ I'm sure many of us would love to know.
I believe this may be why you continue to get questions about it, as it's a bit shocking to still see a clean, silver colored surface when everyone else's is black. Even the end section of the element, where it plugs into the unit, is caked w/layers of hardened goo that will not come off~ really frustrating. Thanks~ Samantha in AZ
Maybe I said it too fast! After the machine has cooled down I wipe down all the surfaces with paper towel. This seems to prevent the buildup. If it is already black though I think something like bar keepers friend would be the only choice.
@@KetogenicWoman Actually you did say that clearly, thanks Anita. It's just surprising that a simple wipe down each use does it for you. That's great, just not my experience so I think I will try the cleanser, just to see if I can get it knocked down some. I kind of wish the splatter screen stretched across the entire hood, as it might keep a lot more of it from building up. We're already on our 2nd unit, due to the black goo oozing out the screw holes & seams, as well as thickening up on the burner element, which seemed a fire hazard. Again, I do believe the larger unit you have has a more open design, as far as reaching up inside the hood~ wishing I'd considered that before buying this 2nd one. Possible design flaw on the regular sized units. Thanks for your input~ always appreciaated.Samantha in AZ

Is pork belly just a slab of uncut bacon? I can never find it.
Costco usually carries it. It's what bacon is made from. It won't have the bacon seasonings. Pork causes inflammation for me, so I use beef belly, instead.
it's not smoked or seasoned like bacon

I was thrilled to find it in a Safeway a few weeks ago. Have not seen it again since then though. I am going to ask one of the butchers. If they got it once they ought to be able to do it again.
Pretty much because bacon comes from the belly of the pork! It is not cured or seasoned so in a way I like it better than bacon!

I use Reynolds nonstick foil in my air fryer and works great. My air fryer is all stainless so don’t know if that makes a difference.
