    Anita, if you didn't know, black pepper is high oxalate, whereas white pepper is low to very low....although maybe you have another reason it doesn't agree with you.😊 And, yes, as much chicken as I used to eat, before Carnivore, chicken just doesn't do it for me anymore. I'll have the party wings with my beef, if I'm going to eat chicken. Oh, and we fed all of our dogs a raw diet. I only wish I had known in the very beginning when our oldest dog was a puppy, as I believe they would have lived a lot longer. Within two weeks it was amazing the results we saw. We watched as their coats changed from the tip of their noses, working it's way down to the tips of their tails. Any health issue they had disappeared. Especially when we got our rescued Papillion, when he was 4yo. He was so malnourished from the puppy mill where he came from that it took a solid year for his coat to look like a normal Papillion coat, but it finally happened! When I finally know where I'm planting myself, I'll adopt a rescue...and feeding raw is a must. Until then, I have my wild-caught Mustang mare, almost 18yo now, to love on.

      @@KetogenicWomanbless u, my life would be sad w/o pepper (or ESP: chiles-infused vinegar!)
      I did recently develop heartburn in reaction to coffee. Just 1 in mornings. I didn’t even start coffee till I was 40, literally. It didn’t get daily till my 50s. Now I’m 59 and about a month ago get heartburn…what the what?? 🤯
      Oh well I found chicory root & dandelion root work for me if I do cream and a flavor (stevia drops). I still will always love black rly, rly good coffee! But I would choose vinegar over coffee if I had to lol

    What I eat in a day on carnivore...I'm doing my weekly sardine challenge until Thursday. Then it's blade chuck steak and 4 eggs OMAD with a daily 17-22 hour fast. I've been carnivore 499 days now and I am now pushing to get the last 40 pounds off. I have never counted macros and have shed over 100 pounds. It's time to push my metabolism. Great meals Anita. I was just at my ophthalmologist office last week and that was confirmed. No joint pain. 2 years ago I seriously could not stand up or walk without severe pain and me screaming! Nearly all my skin tags are gone and at 72 I am kayaking the lakes and ocean regularly again. There are lots of other positive changes but remember I eat Lion version of carnivore the other 3 days a week and have now for 499 days. Eggs are cheap, meat is not.
      I don’t eat in morning if I’m home and lunch is just cheese & butter or chilled beef fat (theyre portable with a sparkling water in my lil cooler).
      If I’m wkg (I deliver pkgs), I have a fatty, eggy broth as it’s portable if I’m not done when I have to leave. Keeps me hrsssss. Which is good; I’m on the rd 10 hrs minimum!
      If u never tried it:
      1-1.5c simmering broth
      2T fat (butter usually for me)
      1/4t salt, some pepper, some vinegar
      2-3 eggs
      I stickblend it all and the whites get blended I found. I temper my eggs so they don’t scramble in the jar lol some ppl do just 1-2 whole eggs and the rest yolks. Bon appétit!

    Thank you for this video!!! Blade steak or chuck steak in place of ribeye suits my budget much better. The part of the video that really amazed me was cutting it up and cooking it medium rare or rare. I'm 80 years old and Carnivore has helped so much but still have low back pain that keeps me from standing up over 5 minutes at a time. At least I'm cooking for myself now just have to keep sitting down.
    I have been buying kitchen items from Temu and they have 10" air fryer liners for 4.98 for 50. Hope this helps you. I have a Curtis Stone fryer with a large basket with highest temp of 400. Let's see if my steak gets crispy like yours. If not, I'll cook it frozen like I do my Ribeyes.
    I love your channel and your attitude. I had lapband surgery in 2005, lost 100 lbs and gained it all back. Nothing worked until I saw a Ken Berry video. I've only lost 45 lbs but have gone from a tight 3x to a 14.

I like to have a bit of it with lunch and/or dinner. All you do is dehydrate some thin sliced beef, crush it up in a blender until it's like sawdust, and then pour in some melted tallow (or whatever fat you like). Then pour it into a mould or spread it out on a sheet and let it solidify in the fridge.

      You will have to test your airfryer! For thighs I do 20min at 400F and they are perfect. Wings would be less because they are smaller. Also frozen is going to take longer. If you choose a temp and a time and they are not done, just close the lid and cook longer, simple!

I started burping and stomach started rumbling. Tried going to bathroom didn’t work. I didn’t want to eat that early because I wasn’t hungry so I had some butter and Redmond salt. I actually did that then pain started. Had a horrible night and don’t feel worth a crap today all my energy everything just gone. What do you suppose happened? • @KetogenicWoman
      @KetogenicWoman  9 месяцев назад

      Ok, the problem is confusing protein macros with protein weight. I shoot for 150g Protein per day in MACROS. That works out to about 1.5 pounds of meat in a day very roughly.

    • @YeshuaKingMessiah
      @YeshuaKingMessiah 26 дней назад

      And 100g of protein needs roughly 1 lb meat
      I sub out an egg for each oz of meat (roughly 7g in each).
      An oz of hard cheese is roughly 7g protein also. So u can sub that also for 1oz meat.
      1 egg=1 oz cheese=1 oz meat
      Liven up ur life! 🤪
      For milk drinkers- homemade 24 hr cultured kefir is little to no carbs. 1 cup kefir/yogurt is 7g protein (=1 oz meat)
      (Note the fat content will vary in each protein source; and minerals too - ie meat is high iron & B vits, dairy is high calcium, etc)
