Please ask Dr. Youn about growth factor serums too! Do they work and is it necessary for mature skin? I've heard to sandwich tretinoin with growth factors for better results. Thank you!!

I sure could use some help. I’m 70. I just buy vaginal cream with estriol at a local pharmacy and mix a small amount with my usual face cream. No drastic effect so far but it doesn't cost a lot and maybe it's helping. So I'm happy with it 😁
Look im 35 and my urologist gave me this, i was on stong meds due to lupis my period come every 2 to 3 months in those i get uti every week. My Alloy's estrogen face cream, called M4, uses estriol. But a screen shot photo of the test study that they have on their Instagram page--shows that they used estradiol--totally different animal.

Before ordering from Alloy I specifically asked (took 3 Emails) about ingredients in all the Rx's I was getting. So...I get the order this week. The BionPharma progesterone pill has completely different ingredients than Alloy told me. And their fulfillment house Curexa (also maker of their M4 estriol face cream) gave me a Patient Info Insert for progesterone that comes from a different manufacturer--Xiromed. The BionPharma progesterone I got has ferric yellow oxide dye, but Alloy said my order had zero dyes. I'll get satisfaction via a replacement order, but I am not impressed with their service at all. PS the MD I corresponded with was so inept at online communication I almost bolted right then. Anyway. Caveat Emptor.
In regards to hormones and HRT, what if any effect do you think project 2025 will have? They say they are going after " gender-affirming care", but if HRT for women is also gender-affirming, it seems to me they might have that in their sights as well.
I am 77 years old and recently had a mastectomy because of er and pr positive breast cancer. I am on anastrozole and jut started with estriol for my face. I have a precription through my naturopath for a compounded estriol. I hope it helps since -- for now -- I cannot take estrogen

If your already correctly dosed with the Estrogen patches why would a topical estrogen cream make more impact? The patches are replacing the E we’ve naturally downregulated during the pre/meno/post meno stages. Save your hard earned $$.

The vaginal cream makes a huge difference than just the patch alone. So it follows that using estradiol (not estriol) cream on the face would augment the systemic patch effects, too....?

The same as all face creams , they just plump the skin, often by inducing an inflammatory response !

Well, a dermatologist recommends it and uses it herself so I'm giving it a go with a little dab under my eyes twice a week.

Estriol is estrogen. But it's very weak. Estradiol is the vaginal cream he's talking about--it's the gold standard.
Do you believe eczema could have to do with low hormones? Combined with lots of stress and age, I'm thinking it does.
