  • The second and final part of my first multi day adventure in the Inflatable Cabin Cruiser. It worked a treat and despite its size is very comfortable for me. The big plus was no disturbed nights from wandering cows, stags ..or warewolves ..and not a single insect bite :-D

    Just looks like paradise these little coves with proper sand ,if only the weather was was as good. But then again you would probably get over tourism to spoil it . Your videos were fantastic to start with, something to sit and relax to watch ,but the drone just raises it to another level.thanks so much for sharing Donny

    I look forward to these videos as they are inspirational and soothing at the same time. Having moved to the Hebrides six months ago I see how a rib would assist my adventures to other islands. Love the idea of snoozing away on the boat. Until next time..many thx.

    Even if you had to wait for it, you certainly had beautiful cleat weather for this trip. I always associated the Scottish islands with rugged rocky shorelines but was impressed with the sandy beaches.

    Hi. Well thats amazing no midges tick bites. Any clegs about? I remember we had to take to the boat and get away from the shores as the clegs would follow as far as they could. Those pests can ruin a good camping boating trip. Great video and filming. Tiree we used to visit on holiday and fishing off such a beautiful island.👍👍🏖

    Hiya Donny, A perfect ending to my night after I've been staring at the floor of my wee boat and wondering when I'll finish it ? Your watertight cabin cruiser is the business to dodge the midge's. When you're going home towards the (Connell bridge)? i keep seeing eddies or currents of sorts, just how deep is it under the bridge please.

    • @davyclam
      @davyclam Месяц назад +1

      Hi, at the right state of tide coasters pass up the loch under the bridge so there is plenty of depth for most pleasure craft. Keep to the south shore, this is called The Falls of Lora and at low water it is indeed a waterfall. You should have 20' depth anyway, but it is the current which you need to be aware of. Do check the charts before attempting this passage, there are many hazards in this loch entrance.

      @rha4374 Месяц назад

      @@davyclam Thanks a million Davy, is approx 20ft at the lowest tide. I doubt I'll get there anytime soon though and they currents send a shiver all over me.
