Thanks Red for suggesting we get Buckeye to react to this awesome music video. I think this is such a great first music video for a band that is bringing rock back. The Warning do such a great job warning the world of the problems they see, with music that is infectious. I admit it, I am addicted. No need for rehab.
i always wonder how many others notice the number on the indoctrination pod the baby is placed into... many of us think it may be a shout out to YES and their 1983 album _"90125"_ which was released two years after Yes broke up... you can find a few links to that album in its entirety... not really a music video as it is only the music but you can also find OMVs for some of the songs on that album... the OMV for the first song on that YES album also has a similar theme as this video with "culprits" and "recovery agents"... the video and whole album is a great trip back in time... so back to this original video by DPA/TW... yes, the imagery is awesome and extremely thought provoking... there's a lot being said in there... one of the main things is about taking a leap of faith and leaving things behind... this is absolutely a track about social media, technology, and how they affect people in ways they don't know or understand... in this case, everyone is so wrapped up in their devices and social media that they cannot see what is going on around them... thus the blindfolds... notice, too, the colors used... when someone takes their blindfold off, the world lights up in the prettier colors of reality... the video was nominated for and won numerous awards back in 2017... - LA CINEFEST Semifinalist 2017 - Feel The Reel IFF, Audience Award October 2017 - Official Selection Austin Music Video Festival 2017 - Best Music Video Nominee Pantalla de Cristal Festival 2017 - I Filmmaker International Film Festival Official Selection 2017 - Best Script / Narrative Music Videos Pantalla de Cristal Festival 2017 - Best Music Video Around Films International Film Festival Barcelona April 2017 (not listed in any specific order) anyway, great reaction... yes, you're not the only one to be totally shocked at that one point in the video! 😹 TWA ⚡🤘😸🤘⚡ TWA
The fact they were so young and wrote this meaningful song is insane the solo by Dany is one of my favorites by her. The stare down at the end is pretty cool too. TW are incredible Red said she thought you'd enjoy this one. Thank you great reaction. 🔥⚡
These young women are so insightful and well ahead of their years for sure. Glad that Red and we were able to twist your arm for this one. Yeah, they really do have so many different sounds and genres, but the still sound like them. I am very impressed by that.
I'm not on any social media other than YT and I have as many notifications as possible turned off on my phone (only calls and alarms can interrupt me). People will text me and get confused when I don't respond for 4 hours! Even so I spend way too much time looking at screens, I daren't loosen those restrictions. The Warning are a live band, but I'll always stand up for this early MV and now their latest, _Qué_ _Más_ _Quieres,_ which I recommend for your consideration - scripted and co-directed by Pau!
Dude took a leap of faith that there was life outside of the internet and social media. He even converted two more to join him. I love how they showed him becoming invisible to others once the blindfold was removed. This happens all the time. Another reason todays young people feel the need to be on their social media all the time. Crazy how good this MV was. So on point. Such a strong social and political statement from three young girls.
Thank you fot your quick reaction! That video has won several awards! The Warning has a brand new music video "Qué Más Quieres" that you should have a look! It's Pau's (the drummer) debut as a film director. Thanks again, subbed! Video link: ruclips.net/video/1lfb-280MhU/видео.html
❤❤❤🤘🤘🤘⚡⚡⚡🔥 hahaha yeah Red was determined for you to do this one , after i watched her reaction I got to jamming on guitar and forgot to come here like she asked but i guess enough of us did lol
Great reaction and happy you made time for this song/video. I love this song and it’s so true. I rather be outside doing real things than be glued to my phone or other peoples lives through social media. I love fishing, hiking and all types of outdoor activities. I love this band. This song and video definitely deserve more views! Enjoy your Fishing 🎣 adventure 🤘⚡️❤️🤘
You nailed it. Thanks for reacting so fast!! It was from their first album. This album and the ERROR album really tackle social media and Gen Z just believing everything they see on their phones. Basically, stop letting the internet tell you what to think. Do your own research, stop being sheep. The girls were 17, 15, and 12 when this album came out. TW, wise beyond their years!
Another great point the song makes is showing how we are sitting right next to each other and never have a conversation except with our phones. The two kids sitting at a playground on their phones is a powerful message!
Glad you found the time to react to this. These girls are the future of rock. IMO. Thank you and hope you get some relaxation while fishing. Waiting for the next one!!!
This song is from their first studio album released when Daniela was 17, Paulina 15, Alejandra 12, so they wrote the songs to the album about a year earlier. I'm like you. I don't live on my phone or computer. During the work week I rarely turn on my home laptop. When I go for a run or the gym I do not take my phone or listen to music. Running is my "Me Time" to get away from the noise of the world and let my thoughts roam free. I see so many people in the gym still tied to their phones. They do a set then their face is plastered to the phone, or they're sitting on a bench talking. I can do three sets before before they start their second set. The thing is they take up a piece of equipment while they sit on their butt doing nothing. Pantera, eh? How about Slayer? Check out Mad Ball (Look My Way) and Pro-Pain (Pro-Pain), good hard core albums. 😎👍
this is such a consequential music video for today; they have hit home to many; so young, but socially aware of the problems...these ladies are some of the most intelligent rockers today...
I love that song and video. And then you think how young they were when they wrote the song and created the video. Amazing. Make sure you check out their three latest videos from their up coming album Keep Me Fed.
Not replying immediately to texts - I understand what you are saying by "not living on your phone." I had to tell people that I check my messages every morning, and just because I own a phone doesn't mean others own my time.
Once again I will say it.... Children wrote this.

Appreciate You!
Written by two teenagers and one pre teen, absolutely mind blowing at just how accurate of a social commentary they were able to create!
Hey Brother! this is the first video I saw by TW a few years ago and it blew me away. There are plenty of live videos of them doing this song.
I really enjoyed this! I tried calling you, but I know you have been battling some life problems! Love ya Brother!

TWA ⚡🤘😸🤘⚡ TWA
The video is epic and spot on!
Great reaction, they wrote this as teenagers when Danny was 17, Pau 15 and Ale 12, Just let that sink in. 7 years later and it is still holds true.
Thank You!
Los temas de The Warning son verdadero rock clásico como XXI CENTURY BLOOD ,temas muy agradables al escucha
The song of the century! Taking over the music world 1 reactor at a time!
We love you Buckeye and we love our Redheaded neighbor too. Yes, these girls have been writing very deep lyrics since they were young kids.
And I Love all of you!
The fact they were so young and wrote this meaningful song is insane the solo by Dany is one of my favorites by her. The stare down at the end is pretty cool too. TW are incredible Red said she thought you'd enjoy this one. Thank you great reaction. 🔥⚡
Your welcome!
Thanks for sharing. They are speaking the truth. I can see what they are talking about in this world. Thanks for sharing Buckeye , and take care.
Thank You Brother! Hope all is well with you!
Ale bass player was in the 5th grade and Pau (Drummer) was in 7th grade when they wrote this and recorded it. This Video won them 4 music awards also
Writing by pre- and midteens - this song makes you think! Love the guitar riff and everything else.
It was well done!!
These young women are so insightful and well ahead of their years for sure. Glad that Red and we were able to twist your arm for this one.

Twisted my arm pretty hard! 🤠

I had to make a video today telling people I am not ignoring them, When the weather is nice I Love being outside!! Appreciate you!

Great reaction! Love your outlook on the dependency of technology. I have to for my job, and I sometimes have to force myself to shut it down.
I am around it also for my Job but I do not let it control my life!
