I just made your book sleeve and I am what I consider a beginner. The video was SO easy to follow. Now I'm binging your other instructional vids. Thank you so much for your content. ❤
Bowl Cozies have been my ultimate #1 seller. I live in a rural area. My town is the County Seat, and there's almost 15,000 people, making it the largest town. I sell bowl Cozies at Farmers Market and local fund raiser sales. I've sold at least 1,000 Cozies in only 4 1/2 years! Every man, woman, and child has to have at least one set of Cozies made with quite vivid colors, print outside, solid inside, or the other way around if you like. I sell Amish Stars as well. The grid is quite simple. All you need is a square piece of ugly fabric for the grid, at least one inch larger than your finished size. Fold it in half both directions to get your middle. Draw your lines vertically and horizontally. Then draw your diagonal lines from corner to corner. Then start your marks from the center. The first mark is an inch and one half, then every 3/4" of an inch 3 times on your North, South, East, West lines. Your diagonal lines are slightly farther apart, by around 1/8". The last square for the corner is 5" square, fold diagonally into a triangle, bring up the points to the one corner with the folded edge showing, and you will have a square to finish your pot holder squared instead of in a circle. Then, after trimming, take your star, insulbrite, a piece of denim, and your front fabric (10" square) stitch the vertical, horizontal, and diagonal quilting through the lines of the prairie points. Then use the extra fabric from the 10" square for your binding. Simply fold it, miter the corners and it's done. I run out of these at every sale as well.
Wow, Sharon, that’s incredible! Selling over 1,000 cozies in just a few years is impressive! I love the idea of adding the Amish Stars, and your detailed process sounds so creative. Thank you for sharing all these great tips! 🌟
What a great collection of gifts! I love the bowl cozies and have made a couple using all cotton so I can use them in my microwave. The gift tag is hilarious. I think that to myself every time I give something to someone that I made myself. 😂
I love every single one of these projects and have made many of them to give. My friends certainly benefit from your RUclips channel, Stacey! Thank you!🥰
I've made your bowl cozies, the tissue holder, and the cell phone holder...lovely gifts I am so proud of! I cannot wait to make the rest. Your tutorials are not only thorough, but thoroughly enjoyable as well- you are an excellent teacher. Thank you for sharing your knowledge and producing exceptional videos that I know will help me accomplish my sewing goals.
Thank you for such a sweet comment, sorry it has taken me so long to reply! I appreciate you watching my video and taking the time to leave a comment 😊
Thanks for watching! 🤗 Handmade stocking stuffers are so special. I'm glad you found some ideas here. I appreciate you taking the time to comment. Happy quilting! 🌸
Hi Stacy. Thank you for the great video. All the ideas were very practical and easy to make. I plan to make the tissue holders for some Nurses who care for me. I just hope I have the time. Merry Christmas and all the best for a prosperous new year.
These are great ideas for gifts. I love making them all but love the soft boxes the most. I use one that sits by my sewing machine! I made some for a friend's children as Easter baskets.
They are perfect to put so many things in, I like to make the smaller size too. I love the idea of Easter Baskets, then they can be used afterwards too.
Your video finally popped up to me :) I loved it and so I subscribed to your channel. The gift tag is adorable, I'm hoping to print it out today. It's going to be so cute when I give out homemade gifts to my kids and grandkids this year. God bless you and your family, and have a wonderful Christmas season.
Thanks for your interest, Josephine! 😊 I'm afraid I don't have a tutorial for sheer lace trim drawstring gift bags at the moment. It sounds like a lovely project though! 🧵
Hi Carol, thanks so much for your kind words. You can find more details on each of the projects here: www.stacey-lee.com/2022/12/09/handmade-gift-ideas-to-sew/
Can’t fine your tea holder pattern to buy and the free bookmark. Only thing I don’t know if I ordered pdf patterns already, cause daughter mailed all to me on Saturday. I need to ask you if you could send the pattern to my daughter as she is the one with the printer as mine broke. Thanks.
Hi, I never did a tea holder pattern but you can find the details here: www.stacey-lee.com/2023/09/22/tea-bag-wallet-for-tea-lovers/ Bookmark: www.stacey-lee.com/2022/10/21/fabric-bookmark/

Hello,I'm watching
Welcome Sofia 🤗
Thank you for these tutorials Stacey, I have made the bookmarks and snap pouches , would you be happy for me to sell these for brain tumour research?
Yes of course! Thanks for asking 🤗
@@staceyleecreative Thanks Stacey, your tutorials are easy to follow, I hope to have a go at one of your lovely quilts soon.
Can we see the ones you made for your son for inspirational ideas please?
Oh no, I feel bad, he just uses the ones I made in the tutorial. But you’ve inspired me Tiffany to make him one for his stocking. 🎄
