I made these today and they turned out beautiful. I didn't have any yogurt but I had full fat butter milk so I substituted it and it turned out fantastic! Yummy.

Idil, this is almost identical to the Hungarian pogácsa. A very popular savoury pastry in Hungary, Check it out. Is it a Turkish recipe originally?

This is how we cook it at home 👍 bakeries use butter instead of olive oil and it has a different taste. I love both of them.

Is it baking powder or baking soda? In the video, you mention powder, but the description box says soda. Thank you!!

Can you make a recipe on how to make Doner Kebab sandwich at home in your own kitchen? Also there are these burgers that they sell in Turkey that are drenched in chili oil. Can you show those too? Thanks!

I tried it, but after baking for 20 min, the inside wasn't white fluffy baked dough, it looked more like yellowish uncooked dough. What could be the problem.
