Idil, this is almost identical to the Hungarian pogácsa. A very popular savoury pastry in Hungary, Check it out. Is it a Turkish recipe originally?
The best camera angle so far! it was really nice to watch and be able to see eveything in detail. So whoever was sooting this video, please keep on working with him/her. Best wishes @idil's kitchen
This is how we cook it at home 👍 bakeries use butter instead of olive oil and it has a different taste. I love both of them.
Is it baking powder or baking soda? In the video, you mention powder, but the description box says soda. Thank you!!

Baking powder or baking soda?🙄
Hi, thanks for sharing! 2 cups flour is 240gram isn’t it?
About 256g, some say it is 240g but i dont think there is much difference.
I tried it, but after baking for 20 min, the inside wasn't white fluffy baked dough, it looked more like yellowish uncooked dough. What could be the problem.
👌❤️
Hello, can you give the quantity of flour in grams please?
I live in Avsallar on the Mediterranean coast and have not a hope in hell of getting fresh Thyme anywhere. Dill, once in a blue moon! 😂🤣 Tried to grow my own but nothing happened!🤣🤣
