Glad the video was of service and appreciate the feedback! Not a bad removal, just a little tedious
Needle nose the clips under the lights for easy removal below headlights.
I will give this a try, about to change out my radiator and will be removing grill. Thanks for the tip!
Great video
Well done
Thank you
Appreciate the feedback 👍🏾 glad the video was useful
One quick tip on replacing the grille - I find it's easier to put the clips back into the grille brackets rather than the truck frame. When I put the clips in the truck frame first and try push the grille brackets back in on the clips, the clips twist and wiggle (kind of like how you were removing them at the end of the video). When the clips are mounted into the grille brackets first, however, they're held steady and are easily pushed back into the truck frame holes.
Thanks for this info! I ran into this exact issue haha. Good to know as I will be taking the grill back off in next few days
Thank you sir!! This helped me out a lot!!
So happy to hear the video was helpful! Appreciate you taking the time to comment and provide feedback
@@EngineeredMojo I'm trying to locate some new clips for the grill but I can't find them. There was a few missing and I broke one also.
@tubalcain1 I was able to source some from Amazon, you can find generic clips that have same shape on there or online in general. I can't remember exact name I typed in though
@@EngineeredMojo Awesome!... thanks again for all your help!
Thank you sir ! 😀

I have a '99 Tacoma, and its grille is nothing like this. What is your trim or other identifiers?
I have a 2003 TRD Sport, 4WD double cab

First gen has two different facelifts
Great video! but im gonna tell you right now, there is sexism when it comes to being a mechanic, Ive never had a woman help me on anything under the hood, unless it was sandwich related...😂😂
Haha I plead the 5th
@@EngineeredMojo the struggle is real, I know that you know how it is, be good or be good at it, man.
