    Thanks for the video Tiana! My favourite destressor is playing videogames, although sometimes I find myself getting frustrated at this destressor, so I question its effectiveness? 😂 I think I also need to introduce more effective positive chain in the morning to get me out of bed too. Right now it's Wake up - Get Dressed - Yoga which I don't think is very effective, as I'm finding myself lying and being put off.. Maybe a brew first would help. Thanks for the video plenty of food for thought! X
