Bran is meant to be King in the books. He is the first POV. GRRM intends for him to be the child hero. It's a story of cripples, bastards and broken things who overvome obstacles

The scene in 6:38 is one of the best of last season and many people didn't notice. Tyrion tries to recreate what his father made when he was hand of king Joffrey (make Tyrion, Varys, little finger, pycelle and Cersei fight for the best places) but it goes all wrong. The new members are totally different of the old ones, they just sit anywhere as if it was irrelevant, and Tyrion's face noticing that it didn't work is just amazing.
The chairs in Tywin's case however were all placed on one side. Tyrion instead made sure both sides were equally arranged so people wouldn't fight for a better place. And his reaction is because they ruined it, like you said, nobody cares because none of them is greedy for power.

He speaks that way because he doesn't see time, space, and reality like normal people. Speaking in "riddles", to him, is probably the best way to converse and describe his perspective. Imagine talking about the future when you can see various future outcomes but are unsure (or very sure) of outcomes depending on what others know about it. You'd speak indirectly too.
I've gotta say, even with it's issues, I love the culmination of Bran becoming king. Plus, his "why do you think I came all this way" will always be a fun closer, of sorts. It had it's problems, but frankly I think they ended the show in the best way they could have, given how scattered some of the story arcs had gotten.
These videos went from being 45+ min long in the first several seasons to being less than 10 after season 6. Shows the writing after they ran out of source material from the books 🤣
