Totally nuts!! we the Mexicans move to the USA to have a better life and the US Citizens move to Mexico to have the best rest of their lives 😂🤣
It is completely ironic isn't it! Cheers 😊👍
What's worse is this close border mentality that does a disservice to both groups. As neighbors we should be working to making traveling between each country, whether it is to tourist, work or retire...much easier.
I love Mexico so much! America living is VERY expensive with hidden things like Crazy high property taxes.
People who move to the United States are low-income people, there are Mexicans who have everything here and don't need to leave, they just go to vacation, we have that kind of people so I apologize for my writing. 🤗
@Humberto do not come here, these whites dont want you here and its funny how they flock to Mexico and dont even respect you. Ive been in PV for 20 years and I love having conversations with the natives lol. ¡Mucho respeto a mi hermano!
Beautiful homes...i love the black and white tiles in the bathrooms of the first home however I would get wooooozy with so much of it!
I could watch this man talk for hours. He is so entertaining while not doing much.
lol 😂
My fav is the condo with the lake view everywhere! Gorgeous!
Wow, that first home though ! What a beautiful modern home, i especially loved the stone and earthen details. It gave a warmth not typical of a modern style home. I always thought I would buy a home somewhere in Baja in the future due to its proximity to California (where I live), but this has definitely put Jalisco on the map for me.
Good to hear Rodolfo. Glad you have found the video inspiring. Cheers Rich
I really really love that first modern house. If I could, I’d buy it right now! I just hope there will be more amazing modern homes like it in a couple years or so when I’m ready to buy. 😀
Wow...i saw the first property and thought none could beat it and then you went to the second one and each had it's own magic. House 2 had really good views. House 3 had views and a cosy warmth to it. I love the Annex with its own entrance etc.
I'm not sure... they are all nice
The first one is to die for!
Had to go over this video for the second time. Property 3 is my favorite I would say. Though all 4 properties are nice. The fourth i love the views but the furnishings are not as warm and inviting as #3. The Bathroom in the first property is nice. I would say anyone getting any of these properties made a good choice
Very nice houses. Good prices too. I liked number 1, 2, and especially Sandy.
I love the modern style house, the first one.
I loved #1 and 2. Love modern, put would love to see some closer to the water. Thanks
Hi Rich, PLEASE DO MORE LIKE THESE!! I will be looking in Ajijic next year when all slows down, $250-$300 range, this was really helpful.
The last house was my favorite but the one before had the best views!
Thanks Rich for showing our Sierra Viva!!
My pleasure Griff. Wishing you all the best to get it sold. 👍
Definitely love the first one. Do many like that one come on the market. Also what additional costs are involved with a purchase?
Thanks
Thank you for covering this price range!!! This is the range for many of us (for me -- within the next 2.5 - 3 years). Thank you for this content!
All the best Cathy
#3 and #4... nice to show places in the $200,000 range. Not all of us are millionaires.
Thanks for showing something I can actually afford!
Number 1... if it had it's own narrow lap pool wedged in the back yard.
What wonderful properties 😀
Outstanding video Rich. Live the property with the views. Beautiful.
Thank you so much Fred. Appreciate it!
Perfect beautiful
I love your videos. Keep up the good work. I was down there last month. I currently live in Houston, but my sister-in-law lives in Zapopan. I plan moving down there in 7 years from now as soon as my youngest son starts college. I might even put him in college in Mexico since the price is a lot cheaper than the sky rocketing prices that we have here in the united states.
Thank you so much John. Yep, we have great colleges here in the area. Your son would have a blast! Cheers
Rich
Great properties
i like the first one, how many places are like this one. its a nice design. do you have the address so i can check it out on goggle maps
The one story, both my husband and myself have knee problems so stairs are always a problem.
Nice properties
I loved the 1st house although the 3rd one seemed more value for money. I will still pick the first.
hi there are these houses comes with furniture included in the price? thx
you have finally come to your senses Rich 😄 with the price point
Thank you Sir. All very much appreciated 🙏. Look forward to meeting some day
@@RichVarney thank you very much Rich . hopefully in about 3 months .. looking forward to meeting you
thanks again keep up the great work 👍👍
I like second listing
Gorgeous house the 1rs one. To think I bought a flat for £225,000 sterling for a two bedroom flat! Blimey, what am I doing remaining in the UK? 🙄
Oh, the views in number 3 reeled me in.
Maria Navarro tienes casas que no esten tan caras con alberca no importa si no estan frente Al lake, graciassss
We loved them all . I think the 3rd house said it was away from the noise . Does that include the music
played during the nights when a saint / or others are celebrated.😊
Where is the best location to avoid
the noise of the night. Thanks so much 😊
Best location to avoid the noise. I'd say head west of Ajijic. 👍😀
I like #4 the best, but #3 was a close second.
That first property is so modern! That looks like a unit anywhere in the US. What is happening to the Mexican style of home with beautiful architect and colorful Mexican style tile and brick ceiling's. More and more house's I see being built Lakeside, are cement cold square boxes 😞
Hi Rich, a quick question, the construction footage for a property in Mexico, does it include the patios and car port etc. In the U.S. construction only pertains to heated areas i.e. anything inside of the house. Thanks Andre
Hi Andre, Yes it does. In Mexico we always add things like the carports and open terrace areas. Under thing with over head construction is included. Cheers
Rich
Nice smile Rich 😁
Thank you 😁
Decorating only disappointment is artwork on wall with lame flowers…#7 has so much potential. Garden is beautiful.
Agreed. Don't need the personal intro or which restaurants you like in a list. Sure could have used more info on the actual houses....
Maybe you should come and do me an intro, show me how its done...lol
Making videos is always a learning curve...you are always trying new things out. If you don't want the intro just foward the video for 1 min. That should do it👍😁
Thanks for watching guys!! Remember tell me your favourite home on the tour. Cheers Rich
Hello there, is the house in Sierra Viva developed holding same price as shown in the video? Thanks, great videos.
@@letuantuantuan Hi Antox, thanks for the comment. FYI. this house got sold a while back. As for homes holding the price well. I am guessing they might of gone up just a little since this video as the condo is not almost finished. Cheers Rich
How much is for the house 😷
HOLA ES HERMOSA TODAVÍA TIENES DISPINIBLE ESTA CASA
Really liked the sleek modernist look of house #1😍. I could afford to live there!
Thanks Cliff. All the best you mate 👍
Is number 7 still on the market? Is that furnished? Price please?

YO la casa la quiero

Are these properties still available?
Hi Marie, thanks for the comment...
I'm afraid all the properties in this video have been sold. However, there are still similar properties on the market. Could you email me on rich@chapalarealtors.com I'll send you fine other option over. Have a great week! Cheers Rich
I sent you an email. One of many, I'm sure.
Hi Rick my name is Nestor Bradley I live in Palm Springs Ca. I want you to know how much I enjoy your videos. I already have a real state agent by the name of Trudie Nelson. My husband and I hope to move there in 2021. Hopefully one day soon we can all get together for a drink or Two. I also want to compliment you on your TEETH grat job. Be safe, Nestor
Thanks so much Nestor. The teeth project has been work in progress for the past 6 years. Next week I'll have my permanent bridge in. Can't wait!! Trudie is lovely...I've worked we her on the past. You are in good hands😊👍
Hello Rick I am looking for home around chapala lake price max 200,000.00 US can you be able to help me
Hi Leonnor. It will be my pleasure sir. Feel free to contact me on rich@chapalarealtors.com Cheers Rich
If you ever hear of a beautiful lot near the lake or near a beach let me know...we are considering a move to Mexico.
hola cual es tu correo para hacer te algunas preguntas sobre propiedades ??
Con mucho gusto rich@chapalarealtors.com saludos Rich
If there is "so much sun" down there in Mexico how come none of these houses have "solar panels"? :)
Tim my friend, how are you mate?
I trade my 8 acres of agricultural land for a house in Ajijic. I'm retired, NO MÁS.
We could make a deal depending on where your land is!!

how about 100,k to 200K?
I will be doing some video in the next few weeks in that price range. Thanks for the recommendation 👍😁
Very nice homes. I think I might like the last the best👍 What could one find for say 1/2 these prices? Cheers🍻🇨🇦🇺🇸🥂
CAN AMERICANS BUY?????
Yes of course Americans can purchase real estate in Mexico. All the best Rich
this is ALOT of money to live in Mexico....can you show us property that are less???
Hey Rich, I thought you answered emails ...... you didn’t answer mine mate.
The Canadian couple going back, did they ever rent? Do you deal in rentals? At some point we may look for a place, we will give you a shout. They were my questions I sent.
Hi Cam, sorry for my late reply. I've just sent you an email. Look forward to connecting. Cheers Rich
The minute you opened the door to the first property, what came to mind was a prison wall. Absolutely boxy, cube city! No warmth at all outside of some of the decor. Even the fountain you walked to was a nothing but a sphere with water rolling over it. So aweful. The other homes were much much better!! Modernity needs to be thrown in the trash. The prices are fantastic. However, have been hearing much about increased violence especially Mexican towns and cities near the US border city, cartel driven.
American prices in a third world country.
