We lived in the Raquet Club 23 years ago, but had to leave for family reasons. Now that we are quite old, we would like to have what we had then! (Our house was in Toño Palafox 11). The first house you are showing, the engineer owned one, is it very var away from Toño Palafox? Also the Club fees, that I don't remember being too high, the about U$S 1250 is that yearly, monthly or what?
I wonder why so many homes for sale? are people moving out because mexico didn't meet their expectations or simply made a mistake. Life is full of surprises especially in mexico, and yes I am mexican that's how I know it.
nice tour of where i'll be renting a place for three weeks while i look at rentals...looking forward to staying there for a bit, could never afford to buy so pretty much a treat...
@Rich, thanks for the video. One thing that I didn't see mentioned was the HOA fees. Can you please let us know what those are for these properties and any future ones you create videos for. That can be a determining factor in purchasing a house or condo in the gated communities since it will be an ongoing expense for as long as you own your place there. I've also enjoyed your other videos. They are greatly appreciated.

@@iisensei07 greetings from Mexico.
Looks like nice homes but way too much money. These prices are driving the properties out of reach for most nationals.

If you purchase the home..do you purchase the land that it is located on or do you lease the land?
Purchase.✌️
Better show the homes and prices rather than your mug LoL.
😂👍
