Thanks so much for the how to! I'm really struggling with my this product but I want to make the shampoo/conditioner work. After I lather the shampoo in my hands and massage into my scalp and hair, its not lathering at all - is it too much? Too little? I add water little by little to see if that helps and nothing. Where do you think I am going wrong?! My hair doesn't feel clean, feels heavy and straw like. Please help!

thank you! do these have sulfates and silicones? if not, do i need to use a clarifier at all?
they do have silicones, so you need to use a clarifying shampoo every 2 weeks
