Pra quem ainda estiver com o problema mesmo depois de tentar essa solução (que também não serviu pra mim):
Instale o Windows 10 Home numa VirtualBox e rode a atualização através dele. Para mim deu certo.
Aparentemente esse problema está acontecendo principalmente no Windows 11.

FOR THE PEOPLE WHO UPDATE DE FIRMWARE AND THE HEADSETS STOP TO WORK
Hello guys, I have been trying to find the solution for many hours, it has been a long road and I didn't felt good at that moment, so now that I knew the solution, I have decided to show it to you.
step 1: unplug the USB adapter and power off the Headset
Step 2: plug the USB adapter
step 3: Once the LED on the adapter starts to blink. the USB adapter have in the front part a small hole, is in the midle of the USB adapter. that my guys is a button. you need a clip, or a very very thin needle. and press AND HOLD that button for 12 seconds.
Step 4: the USB adapter start to blinking faster, at the same tame the 12 seconds past, and the blinking is faster, u can stop hold the button and and quickly you press AND HOLD the power on of the headset, hold it for many seconds while the USB adapter stop blinking faster. I hope I've helped

What do you define the USB adapter? I've never seen an LED on an USb adapter. Do you mean the USB A connector or the the USB C side which goes into the microphone?

Hi, so i installed the drivers manually to my quadcast but when I open to app, the app doesn't recognize that I have installed the drivers making it re install the update on the mic. so I cant do into the mic settings.
Dude you are a fucking Legend! Like i've just bought the HyperX Cloud 2 wireless and i wanted to get the eq to work and shit but i couldn't find anything until i watched the video and it works perfectly now so thank u so much! (also your english isn't bad i understood you just fine :D)

For HyperX QuadCast Microphone(RED) it's not compatible, doesn't work, so it video doesn't help

hyper x audio drivers are installed but in the negunity i still cant use spatial or anything, and i cant even update the drivers from there . what am i doing wrong ?

After you copy the folder assets, you need to create a new folder to save Assets, on my case I created on Documents/Driver HyperX and I Paste there. If you have more questions, please send here.

Ok, try opening your device manager with cmd, run it: devmgmt msc
literally says NOT ALL DRIVERS WERE SUCESSFULLY INSTALLED windows has failed to add and install some of the specific drivers..... what the hell man

im having an issue when i try to add the driver in device manager i get the error message, windows has failed to add some of the specified drivers, reading into the error message it says there is a missing hash file, ive tried reinstalling cant seem to find a fix
When I tried it the first time the same thing happened to me, but I solved it just by restarting my PC, please try again, but in case it still doesn't get me, I can look into fixing it for you.

Salve, to tendo o mesmo problema que um pessoal teve nos comentários.... recebo uma mensagem de que o windows não conseguiu instalar o driver. Tentei reinstalar o ngenuinity, trocar de porta usb, reiniciar o pc mas nada funciona.... o mic nem que ser quer capta minha voz agora... alguma dica?

Olá. Aqui também ocorreu o erro dos driveis não serem instalados, e mesmo assim não funcionou. Inclusive o duocast parou de funcionar, tive que voltar para as configurações de fábrica e desinstalar os drivers. Saberia dizer se tem algo a mais para fazer? Tentei em 3 portas USB diferentes do computador, reiniciei, etc.
Oi tudo certo? Infelizmente o sistema do software ainda é bem bugado, eu estava tendo o mês problema o importante é persistir, tenta ficar resetando de fabrica e instalando os drivers até ele reconhecer, o caso de alguns drivers darem error ao instalar é normal e ainda continua pegando, o meu mesmo está funcionando desse modo

Aperta o botão de Silenciar/Não silenciar e o botão de ligar junto
O LED vai dar 1 piscada
Apertando e mantendo precionado o botao de (SILENCIAR/ NAO SILENCIAR) e para trocar os modos aperte o botão de (LIGAR)
Existe 3 modos de cor dessa logo HyperX
Sempre ligado, Piscando e desligado
Esse foi o único meio que descobri como desliga o LED
Comigo não funcionou nenhum software da HyperX e ja tentei todas as versões
Lembrando que esse tutorial que falei funcionou (‼ COMIGO USANDO O HYPERX CLOUD FLIGHT ‼).

@@Marcos-hg8kl only problem is that when I am using Spatial sound I am getting Crackling/static noise so enoying. so I turn it off.
@@Marcos-hg8kl I am going to delite drivers and the software from hyperx and use microsoft drivers without dtx, still sound good egnoth and I am more getting enoying of Crackling/static noise even if I try ever usb port on my motherbord or usb hubs, at last I lerned how to instal driver again and ty again but hyperx have not fixed the problem and I have even chanched headsets 3 times have same issue.

It's normal, I recomend that u close and open the software and still trying until got, the same thing happened to me

@@Marcos-hg8kl you seriously should stop telling people youll look into it and ACTUALLY LOOK INTO IT AND FIX IT because there are tons of people who got the same problem going on. and I am one of them. restarting the PC and do what? try adding the drivers again> this is my second time trying to do it.
did not help, but made it even worse, now the microphone does not work. did everything exactly the same as in the video, not only did the method not help, the microphone is now not working lol (same DuoCast)
upd: rolling back the driver helped, but the method from the video still didn't help

@@jorgelicito8958 I didn't record the sound, only talked, and I had a problem that the microphone did not work completely after I made everything from the video, and I fixed it by rolling back the drivers

Opa, eu to com um problema que o microfone so nao funciona no pc que eu fiz essas mudancas, na vdd ele liga mnas logo depois o rgb desliga e so o botao de traz funciona. tem um modo de reverter o que voce fez no video?

Cara eu nao to conseguindo fazer a instalação completa , pois aparece que alguns drives nao foram instalados . Nao consigo atualizar o drive para o meu duocast funcionar perfeitamente .... tem alguma dica ?
O meu também falava que alguns drivers não foram instalados, porém ele funcionou perfeitamente, para você saber se tudo foi instalado veja se você consegue ativar o "Al noise reduction"

Agora o meu mic n liga mais ao iniciar o pc , só volta a funcionar se eu desinstalar o dispositivo e depois reiniciar o computador

WORST HEADSET EVER CREATED PLS REFUND
I tried every video and tips i could find and nothing worked except this guys info
Basically all you do is go to your settings then to sound you will see it recognizes speakers as your hyperx but you don't want it as a speaker you want it as a mic. So you click on hyperx speaker and then upper right says check for driver updates click the mic run it etc follow his advice video is like 3 minutes but my problem was finally solved in under 2mins!
