    Ingredients:
    1 ripe avocado
    1 or 1.5 water glass shredded mozzarella cheese
    1 egg
    Half a teaspoon salt
    (adjust according to your taste)
    Half a teaspoon black pepper
    To put between:
    Cream cheese
    Lettuce
    Tomatoes
    You can sprinkle a little salt depending on your desire.
    Preparation:
    Put the egg and avocado in a bowl and mash well.
    Then add mozzarella cheese, salt and pepper.
    Make it homogeneous by mixing.
    You can make two large breads or small breads by dividing the mixture in half.
    Divide the mixture into 2 or 4 portions and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
    Spread the mixture and shape it into a round shape.
    You can sprinkle flax seeds and chia seeds on it.
    Bake in a preheated 200-degree (~395 F) oven until golden brown.
    When our avocado breads cool down, turn them upside down and spread them with cream cheese.
    You can also put tomatoes, cucumbers, lettuce or other things in between them.
